We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy stay at Motel Gottardo Sud was a complete disaster, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of the breakfast staff and receptionist. The breakfast lady (white hair, white dress, and red jacket) was extremely rude and even shouted at us when we simply asked for assistance. To make matters worse, the breakfast itself was pathetic, with hardly any items to eat, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. What’s even more shocking is the constant and invasive staring from both the breakfast lady and the receptionist (black hair). They behaved as though the guests were going to steal something, offering absolutely no privacy and making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout. This kind of hostile behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, and it felt outright discriminatory. The management must take immediate action against these staff members, as they clearly have no understanding of respect or customer service. To future guests: stay far away from this hotel if you value privacy, decency, and a welcoming atmosphere. The rude staff, poor breakfast, and overall unpleasant experience make this place one to avoid at all costs. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

United KingdomNothin this was an enjoyable stay made special by the snowfall as we arrived.
The motel is situated close to the Gotthard Pass and Gotthard Tunnel. For me it was an ideal place to stop being 7 hours drive from home. The staff were exceptional taking first class care of us. The meals in the restaurant were simple, tasty, and a good size. Exceptional value for money and just right for a tired traveller. The rooms were quiet and facilities (other restaurants, fuel, post office etc all close to hand.

United KingdomThis is a very well situated motel for a stop over. It is literally just off the main road and found easily using Google maps. We were offered an evening meal even though we arrived just as the restaurant was closing. Breakfast was very good and the price was reasonable. Staff were very helpful.

United KingdomBreakfast was very average, nothing much to choose from but it was ‘included’. Nothing local nearby in terms of shops or restaurant. Walked to a nearby restaurant over a mile away and it was closed. Restaurant in the hotel only offer a set menu for guests after a certain time. It would be better in this remote location if they had a menu where people could choose since there is nowhere else to go. Felt the room was very over priced.
