Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We booked a regular room but they gave us a premium one. Even though we booked a room 2 hours in advance (at 10PM), the requested cot was already installed in the room. Very happy about this stay and will probably return on our way back home. With 2 kids, they gave us a spot at a quiet breakfast area which was very nice, as it was super busy and a bit hectic in the breakfast restaurant.

United KingdomNo bath towels in the room. When I rang housekeeping no reply so rang the reception. I was ordered to come down and collect towels. when i got there i was offered one bath towel and a handful of hand towels. i was told they were having problems with housekeeping. I responded this is not my problem and the minimum a guest would expect is to have towels to take a shower. Unwillingly the receptionist went to housekeeping and got another towel virtually throwing it on the reception desk. Its a shame as i have stayed at Movenpick hotels a number of times and never a problem. however it doubt i will use them again.
breakfast was excellent - room adequate but a little overpriced - dinner in the Italian restaurant is recommended. The waiter was very attentive.
