SwitzerlandArrived to the hotel knowing that it's location would not be the best. Was surprised that the decor actually matched the marketed photos. So far so good. However, at the check-in I was given a type of liability form to be signed (see the attached photo). This was an A4 size paper full of small print text. As this is unusual for a hotel check-in in Switzerland I started to read through it before signing it. The woman serving me however interrupted me saying we only need a signature. I then told her I will read it through and then sign it. Her colleague (a seemingly unpleasant man with short dark hair and glasses) then interrupted us telling me that he will explain the form to me and then with a really condescending tone started to cross things off individually and for example explain to me what my name is. I then interrupted him by saying I do not need him to explain it, I simply want to read through it. He then told me something like "we only want to help _nice_ guests but you sure do not need it" to which I replied "you do not need to talk to me like that" (as I obviously did understand the hidden insult). I must say that I am well able to read multiple languages and also work in customer service myself + treat contractual documents on a daily basis. If both of your employees would have left me in peace for a minute, no time would have been wasted and the stay could have been noted better. As I did not insult the man and also told him I do not want any trouble and simply want to read what I am signing, I then proceeded to continue reading it. Meanwhile I had to hear this man continue to complain to the colleague, sigh and show emotions that surely should have been saved for the back office. As a side note there also weren't more than 2 customers behind me. I then signed the document, took a photo and asked the woman colleague if we booked breakfast and wished her a nice evening.

Great hotel, we were skiing at Quatre Valées / Verbier for the weekend, starting from Nendaz. The rooms at Nendaz were all sold or very expensive (more than 200 CHF per night, it's expensive for me, some rooms at Nendaz were more than 500 CHF). So we decided to drive 20 minutes from Haute Nendaz to Sion after our skiing on Saturday and sleep at Moxy, to continue skiing on Sunday at Nendaz. Moxy hotel has a great restaurant in the same building (named: B64) where we ate a great dinner, really brilliant, with modest prices. And we slept at Moxy. Hotel is very clean and modern, quite new, you get a free welcome cocktail (gratuit), wi-fi is fast, room is very clean and you can adjust the heating yourself. Toiletries and great hot/cold water shower, super bathroom. Huge TV that we used as lullaby to put us asleep. Parking was free of charge. All the personnel was great and friendly, they're really relaxed and naturally in good mood. Breakfast was great, with good choice and huge quantities available. All the furniture and else is new and very modern, great music was playing, we were so happy, it was just good vibrations and we will come again. Very silent for sleeping. Good beds.

Switzerlandas a recommendation, room, livingroom hanging lamp is too low. my brother hit his head several times. should be hanged higher. he is not even 1.84mts. the sensor light under the bed woke up my mom all night when the other person went several times to the toilet. we have mobile phones to light the way when required. sensor light can’t be controlled nor turned off. not ideal. nice idea but not practical. pls let the bacon crisp more

GermanyThe bathroom was not cleaned properly unfortunately, lots of hair in the shower and shampoo bottles not filled made the room feel „used“. The air conditioning did not work and we woke up to 35 degree heat while the temperature in the air conditioner still showed 19.5 degrees. Upon arrival the hotel staff was looking at their phones and it took them quite a while to notice we had arrived to reception. But the worst of all was the breakfast setup. All food is gathered in one tiny corner, the guests do not fit there nor the staff to fill out empty trades. Lines are long and you cannot even pick a single croissant easily. Please change this asap, it can ruin anyone‘s morning!
