Though they provide a water kettle and a fridge, no cutlery and no plates/cups were provided, which makes having the kettle and the fridge a bit useless. It is not realistic to expect the guests to bring such items with them on a trip in what is thought to be a "hotel" like facility. Also a complementary tea and sugar packs we would have been appreciated.

The location and the room were perfect. I loved the style and design of the room, the bed was confortable and the room was quite clean.

A easier to find hotel. Sign could be out outside. Clearer instructions of what to do when checking in could be supplied. Filling all of the personal information when checking in is a pain and couod have all be done in advance online. Check-in instrcutions were difficult to find in multitude of emails. Overall the self check-in was quite unpleasant compared to self check-ins I had to do elsewhere.

We had a kettle provided but no mugs to use. It would also be nice to provide a couple of tea bags or coffees.

The room was well decorated and felt very newly done. Bathroom was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The bottle of water and small chocolates was a nice touch.

We got woken up several times during the night by people across the street who were wheeling something loudly over the small cobbles outside our window. No idea if this is a regular occurrence or if we just got unlucky. Obviously no fault of the hotel owner but isn’t great when you’re trying to sleep.

Pillows were soggy (I need a bit more support) and whoever was staying upstairs from us was stomping around all night - very noisy.

Had some trouble checking in however was able to contact someone who helped us. It seemed impossible to watch TV in english - not there to watch TV, but nice to have some background noise. Had some trouble finding the place - its just a door with a label on it. Google Map directions are fine, we were just expecting a bit more signage and therefore didn’t see it the first time we walked in the street.

It’s self check in that was easy but no breakfast available at property.

Location is great and easy accessible to old town. Space is great for our family of 4 with plenty of space. We could easily walk from the main train station to the Hotel.

Pros: modern, nice design, light up headboard, safe and fridge in room, triple insulated windows, elevator, usb charging ports in wall for people that don’t have Swiss plugs, in the heart of downtown easy to walk anywhere

A very cozy and comfortable room where everything was tidy, organized and clean. Although there is no reception, after calling the host the check in and the payment was made really easy. The location is great and very close to all the great sites and the central station. I would strongly suggest it and would stay again!

Did not like the self check-in. The computer screen needed to be rebooted before it could be used which resulted in a delay in our checking-in. Once it was corrected, checking in was easy and it remained operational during the remainder of our stay.

Excellent location in old town. Easy bag drag from the train station and next to several historical buildings/bridges and good eating establishments.

the toilet/bathroom door is just a glasses, it's so awkward in the toilet you feel like outside are gonna hear everything.

It does not have air conditioning but a standing fan is available or you can open the windows for ventilation. The sink is strangely outside the bathroom. The heater is in the bathroom which has a shower & toilet. If you ever need to use the heater during the night you have to keep the bathroom door open to get the heat. Also the cobblestones make it difficult to roll your luggage. The noise of the restaurant adjacent to the hotel can be heard, noises like people talking, cooking & the dishes.

This hotel is a short walking distance from Luzern train station, it is not a boring walk cause the Chapel Bridge is along the way, you can even do a side trip to the Town Hall on Kornmarkt to pass the time. You will also be walking on cobblestone alleyways then turn right on Munzgasse. Find the building number as there is no sign or name of the hotel on the outside. Enter the code on the door keypad. Once you get in, the automated machine is on the right, this is self check-in, choose your language preference, then fill in the information such as guest names, passport number & credit card then wait for the key card to come out. Carry your luggage & go up the stairs, then scan the key card to use the elevator (it can fit 2 people only). There is a small fridge, a safe on top of the ledge/table, a kettle, water, drinking glasses, a lamp, and a television. There are 2 hexagon-shaped open closets for your clothes. There are plenty of wall outlets for charging your gadgets.

There was a constant water dropping sound in one of the radiators. It lasted for the whole night.

Self check in was something we had never experienced before and was super easy. The room was spotless and cozy, we loved it as a family. We all wanted to stay for a couple of nights. Shower was great and no heating problem in the room.
