The room had slanted ceilings and there was not air conditioning like advertised. There was a fan that helped cool the room some, but it was still stuffy and hot since we were on top floor.

Location about 10 minute walk from train station. We also walked to the rest of Old town Lucerne, bridges, etc. We enjoyed our breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola, hard boiled egg, bread, etc. Staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

We were in annex which we could see the river from our room and was a short walk to old town. Lovely little street where people had easels set up to paint the quaint buildings. Breakfast in Main Hotel was very nice with a good variety. The staff were very attentive. Elevator was handy.

It’s just a two minute bus ride from station or 10 min walk. It is in a quite area right next to the church. If church bells don’t bother than it was wonderful.

The "double" bed was actually two single beds pulled together that kept sliding apart creating a gap.

The location was terrific. The room was clean, but a little on the small side. It was quiet when the windows were shut. The staff were terrific and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is not a fancy hotel, but is definitely satisfactory.

We booked two rooms but they were in different locations, about a block apart. The room in the main building was much smaller than the other one closer to the river.

the location of the property is great. Steps away from old town with shops and dining, and a short walk to the train station.

No a/c. Ask for a fan. No actual closet, just a ladder-like fixture with hangars. The alleyway could be a bit loud.

We were in the annex. Nice sized room, big shower, very clean, comfortable bed. We loved the breakfast. Great location, right near the river. Kevin and Martin were very helpful and friendly. Nice big windows.

no staff after 7pm. they lock up the hotel and you are given a key to come and go that opens the front doors. we didn’t have any issues but we did have ab early check out and had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk

We had a very comfortable room and clean good bathroom. The location was central and we could easily walk to all the attractions. The breakfast was good but the restaurant has closed so we couldn't eat there at night.

Breakfast was the same thing every day. Room had no air conditioning and it got very stuffy when we returned at night, even in April. Luckily opening the windows helped.

The room was larger than most other hotels at the same price point and similar location. The mini fridge was also a plus. The beds were comfortable. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the train station with luggage.
