There are no real drawbacks if you understand you're staying in a hostel, and lodging in Switzerland tends to be expensive.

The hostel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of most Zurich attractions. There's a rarely utilized common room available for meetings, and numerous restaurants are nearby. The ground floor bar offers a 20% discount. All lockers come with padlocks, including those in the common room for pre-check-in and post-checkout use. Towels are provided, and the building is easy to locate. While the breakfast is simple, they prefer not to call it a full breakfast. The owner is helpful.

I mean, it is a hostel. It's clean, has wifi, some breakfast, maybe the check in time. I arrived at 11 am and I had to wait until 15:00 although there was enough space to leave my stuff in a safe, so I went out to have a walk. Not really a problem for me but it would have been perfect if I could.

The furniture could be a bit more modern.

Overall, it was a standard hostel, which was very clean, with enough space for everyone, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast consisted of just toast and muesli, but considering the price, it was fine. However, there are some negative comments that I completely disagree with. The hostel experience was similar to any other, and people shouldn't expect their towels to be folded like a swan every day. The best aspect: Its central location couldn't be better!

The hostel is a bit old, and not as clean as it good be, but it’s not a real issue.

They include a small breakfast of toast with marmelade and cereal, which is a very nice plus considering how expensive Zürich is to eat. They have a nice common room/kitchen, which is good for meeting people.

Rooms were small can be bigger for 6 people. Sheets, lines and towels can be modified. My sheet has lots of holes, they changed it but I was shocked when I saw that much harmed thing is provided to the customers

The atmosphere was very friendly and I met amazing people there. I stayed on the 5th floor and had an amazing view. There was an elevator and a duper bar downstairs. The common area was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall nice.

The shower in our dorm was not working but there is still showers on every floor that you can use.

Very nice dorms and set up of the hostel, with lockers and kitchen, the bar underneath is also a very cool place to hangout and meet people, stayed onnthe 5th floor which is far enough away from noise of the bar so slept very well!

Tilt function wasn't working at the window. So we kept it close and the air was bad during the night.
