Ideally we would have appreciated an ensuite, not a shared bathroom.

However, there were constant knocking or pounding sounds between 2-4 am, like a dryer was running upstairs. Also, the windows were not soundproof, so hearing the tram and cars go by outside wasn't ideal at night either and interrupted my sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee downstairs in the morning was fantastic. The bathroom was clean and had soap available.

I guess the fact that there was only one shared bathroom for all the rooms in the floor is a minus.

It was a very nice hotel with all the facilities. It was in a good location. Walking distance to the old town. We had a big room with comfortable beds. Check-in process was smooth.

Noisy cracking wood floor. No desk in my room, only a tea table. Debit card maybe refused for holding the credit(only this one refused 2 of my card out of 6 hotel in UK and Switzerland).

Spacious and well illuminated room. Clean shared bathroom and toilet. Location is acceptable, but the room price is very good. A Pho restaurant nearby.

The floor of our room could benefit from a refurbishment. :-)

The staff was very kind and helpful. The guesthouse is located not too far from the center of Zürich. The hot chocolate and the croissant are delicious. The public park outside is nice during daytime (however I would not recommend it during night time). Lot of mothers and kids downstairs which bring a good atmosphere during daytime to this cool vintage inspiring place.

My room and walkway had squeaky wooden floors and I had to tip-toe, as I didn't like to hear the squeaks. It was also a bother when people walked past my door.

I got a very warm reception at arrival and clarity on my stay. Though I had to share a bathroom, it was kept very clean by housekeeping. I like the proximity to bus and tram stops. Beautiful park just opposite.

As it was not hot whilst we were here, we were able to close all the windows in the evening which made any noise issues minimal. The location is great, and the larger room we occupied was very spacious.

The rooms are large and spacious, having smart TV's is a bonus. Great location with the park and restaurants all within walking distance. Share bathrooms were only with two or three rooms and had zero issue accessing them.

No safe in the room. Location wasn't ideal for the short time we were there.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Could take drinks up to our room from the bar downstairs. Let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out.

There was no door for the shower, therefore, water would spill out.

The location was good, close to several shops. There was shampoo and body wash available to use. The room was also a good size.

The shared bathroom was clean. But the drainage was quite clogged.Luckily, it was okay after a while.

I love the location, security, and responsive staff. It is worth the money.
