Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesSlightly away from the main village but that was our choice for quietness. A free bus 1 block from the hotel takes you into the main part of town or the Glacier Paradise gondola. 10 min walk or $20 taxi to train station.

IndiaCoffee sachet are given only on arrival and not refilled everyday. Same for water. There is no Electric Kettle in the room. There is no Fan. Room is small. 10 mins walk from station but it is uphill so gets difficult with luggage. Doesn't provide free pickup or drop.

United StatesI wish I had done more research on the location of this property because it's not in the heart of the village like I expected. We arranged for a taxi transfer to and from the train station to the property and I'm so glad we did! Others were slugging their luggage up the steep road and looking miserable.
The staff was excellent and very accommodating of our requests. We upgraded to a Matterhorn view, and it did not disappoint! The breakfast buffet was good, but limited.

Chinathe booking page is very misleading - to celebrate the belated birthday of my 12-year-old sun, I doubled my budget to book this Deluxe Double Room with Matterhorn View at 440CHF per night because we were specifically attracted by the picture of the bay window under Matterhorn view. However, what we got was no bay window not Matterhorn view!!! All we got was a normal window and a shabby balcony without Matterhorn view! We asked to change the room. The staff said it’s the last room coz we checked late. But we arrived at 11am at first and the room was not ready! We felt been cheated by the booking page. But the staff insist that the bay window room and the normal window room are ‘either or’ options for deluxe room - only hided in a small line of word description. With my 23 years experience traveling around the world with all kinds of hotels, I am really surprised by the service of this hotel! I believe most guests who viewed the booking page would expect that bay window is included in this deluxe room with Matterhorn view. If they are two types of totally different rooms with totally different views, the hotel should at least list them under two different product types.

United Stateswe were refused a second key for our rooms, so checking on the kids was impossible and if one is out the other one needs staff to open the door. but at some point staff was busy and I couldn’t get into my room to use the bathroom. i have never stayed in a hotel where a second key was not possible for the room. coffee capsules not refilled during a whole week. drinks at the bar ridiculously expensive.
