No lift if you are in 3rd floor

Everything was good except I was in 3rd floor room without having the lift , was so difficult to come up and down.

The lady at reception at the check in was not accommodating. I requested for a higher floor room but instead of all the rooms remaining vacant she didn't accept my request. She could have been more accommodating considering that I am coming to this property again.

Rooms are pretty small, even if that can be expected for such an historical building. However the bathroom was just too small with no window and the "double bed" was quite literally just two beds, one next to each other, with a very annoying, and spreading, hole in the middle. Breakfast was kinda acceptable but not great, with no actual cappuccino on sight and with a little too hard pastry. Not bad in general but still lacking some expected requirements.

The hotel is lovely both outside and inside. The staff is really nice and helpful. Great position close to Interlaken West station and to direct bus to St. Beatus caves. Competitive prices, compared to other hotels in Interlaken.

Cold breakfast ( no cooked food ), but coffee was nice :) If you are booking a single room, the toilet space is small, I would not recommend for big guys above 100kg, they won't fit.

Room was clean and comfortable. View from the room was very pretty. Excellent value for money. The hotel also provides a washing machine and a drier for free.

I liked everything, but the shower was pretty small and hard to move around in. It wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Just FYI in case size of the shower is important someone.

No complaints! The proximity to the Ost train station may be the only tradeoff for those looking to make many trips from there, but we preferred to be close to the West station.

Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well kept and you could tell very cared for. The location was perfect for us, the area we were in was pleasantly quiet. Would recommend.

It's a little walk to the train station but the whole town itself is so nice that it's ok.

The hotel makes you feel like you're just at home. The staff were all accommodating and wonderful to talk to. Their breakfast was the best.

Cute little spot and great breakfast, nice location. Close to hiking and all the restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff, The balcony looking over the mountains was perfect. Would stay again if the sheets were improved upon

The only downside was that there’s no elevator. For those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns, it might be a bit of a challenge navigating the stairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall, the location is fantastic; everything you need is within easy reach, from restaurants to shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to start your day off right. Parking is limited on-site, but if those spots are taken, there’s a nearby parking lot about 200 meters away. The best part is that you can park there for free from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., which is really convenient.

It was sometimes bit noisy when someone walks above your room level. But nothing major that would stop me from staying here ago .

It is slightly away from main boulevard, All the movement of upper storey guests disturbed the lower floor occupants.. There was no elevator for upper storeys.

Location, Rooms , Baths, Breakfast, were all perfect. Very peaceful and beautiful side of city. Walking distance from Interlaken West train station. No hustle and bustle of crowded city.

The bathroom was very small, the shower head was loose and kept turning to the wall. i had to rig it to stay straight.

Breakfast was very good and a great way to start the morning. I liked the location, 5 minute walk to Interlachin West. A short walk to main shopping area.

I can't think of anything that would have made the stay better.

The room was super clean and well laid out with places for clothes and bags. The breakfast was exceptional as they made eggs to order in addition to the traditional European breakfast fare. The Unterseen area was a great location - not too far from the Interlaken West bus and train station as well as close to great places to eat. In addition, it was close to the river, and we took advantage of the views it offered by strolling up towards the Harder Kulm funicular/Interlaken Ost train station. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful!
