This hotel felt so homey and welcoming. The staff were super lovely and helpful the whole time. Rooms were great for their purpose. Included breakfast was delicious. Location perfect for buses and trains.

There is no elevator. You have to carry your suitcases to upstairs.

There are parking spaces. If you drive to there, this is convenient. From our room window the Jungfrau could be seen. Nice view.

What a lovely experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice accommodation and great location. A few minutes walk to Interlaken West Station and COOP supermarket round the corner. City centre a few minutes away. Very clean accommodation and very good breakfast.

The only down side is that there is not a lift for luggage.

Perfect location for Interlaken West station. Very nice breakfast with eggs if required. Our room at the front had a great view of the mountains.

The price is quite expensive for what hotel provide. The bathroom was tight.

The location is great, where you can take the bus anywhere inside Interlaken. There is also parking available there. Simple building we nice architecture and decorations

Noise from the street was a bit annoying while trying to fall asleep but its unavoidable in a location like this

Breakfast was very tasty and gave us energy for entire day. We loved easily accessible tourist info in form of brochures and flyers. Personel stood up to the task and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Localisation itself was great since all attractions were relatively close :) View from balcony was AMAZING

Room was a little small to do yoga in!

KIM (a Kiwi) manager is fantastic. She was responsive to my request ahead of time for twin beds and so helpful, charming and chatty on every occasion thereafter. She helped us work out where to go for some walks as the combo of trains, cars, cable cars etc does require a bit of planning. Breakfast was superb and she also let us in early. She also was kind enough to give two girls who were running late a lift to the station!!! Also - location is fantastic - nice and quiet and right next to the beautiful old square and the river is a short walk. The frontage is also wonderful - flowers and traditional Swiss chalet design in wood.

The whole experience was incredible, we enjoyed the breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the room was perfect size for two people. Very close to the public transportation and for the train station and in general you can find everything walking

The location was superb and really close to Interlaken West station, the town area and shops. It’s also relatively affordable compared to most accommodations in Interlaken which can be very expensive.
