The hotel did not have stairs..I came with an infant and a lift in the hotel would have made it much easier for me to take my stroller in the room.

First of all,the location of the hotel was quite nice..it is just a few steps from Interlarken West station.. I was so pleased by the hospitality shown by one of the staff Elisa(Don't remember her name properly, but her home country was Portugal :) ) And fire place in the hall was the highlight of the place,giving it a complete vintage and heritage look.

The hotel had convenient parking, amazing friendly staff that was so helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The room had a balcony and was clean and well appointed.

The staff were really helpful and chatty. The hotel was in a really good location. On my birthday one of the cleaners left me a little note and a Swan made out of towels which I thought was sweet and thoughtful.We both really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return 😊

I could not fault anything

Lovely little hotel, in a traditional building, very conveniently located near Interlaken west train station, close to the center of town and all shops. Room was very nice and clean and we woke up every morning with the view of Jungfrau mountain, beautiful! Breakfast was very good and diverse, with fresh produce. Staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and breakfast room. They gave us an adaptor to use as swiss plugs are different than ours, gave us advice on things to do! If you stay in the area, you get a guest travel card to use for free travel in Interlaken and nearby villages, a bonus! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks😍

The washroom was a little too small. It was not a big issue. But, for a well-built person, it could be difficult to move around. Especially in the bath.

The staff is very friendly. The kind lady at the reception is very helpful. You get a free city travel ticket which is a really nice addition. The free breakfast was well arranged and worth every frank you pay for sure. Meal is tasty and variations are sufficient for a comfortable breakfast. The room is also comfortable, spacious and very soothing.

Not much to mention here! Block-out blinds or curtains would help for a more restful sleep street-facing rooms which can be bright. The bathroom/toilet is pretty tight (we're average-sized humans, so good to keep this in mind).

The owner was so lovely and accommodating. She made us feel right at home :) We really enjoyed grabbing dinner from over the road and enjoying it in front of the fireplace in the cosy living area. Breakfast was wonderful - scrambled eggs on request was a nice surprise. We slept ok despite the curtains not being block-out (bring an eye-shade if you're sensitive to that kind of thing). Enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the street with mountains in the background was delightful. Overall loved the vibe of the property and kindness of the staff and would return.

The location is perfect. The hotel is situated close to Interlaken West. There are also restaurants and supermarket nearby. The staff were nice and friendly. They also made arrangements for late check in. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely but it didn’t have external blinds so it was a bit light inside. Very small thing!

Kim was amazing- she offered to keep reception open late if our arrival train was delayed, she helped to dry our ski boots and had great local recommendations. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Easy walk from the train station.

Everything was perfect! The very friendly owner checked us in early without any extra payment. She guided us on where we should visit first based on the weather conditions. If it weren't for her guidance, we would have missed out on visiting some areas during our limited time.

We really love our stay here. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent. We are the only occupants that night. The next morning they served breakfast as if there are many people will be eating. They accomodated us superb! The ambiance is so nice and homey. The place is just walking distance to main train station. We will come back again and stay here for sure. Thank you very much to the owner and staffs..😊❤️

All was good.

Staff was very kind and gave excellent advice for tours. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel in general is very cute and comfortable. We stayed in a triple bedroom and the space was great. Bathroom was small but ok and the shower is great. The location is great. A few steps from Interlaken West station, it has a pharmacy in front, a grocery and many great restaurants only a few steps.

The stairs were a little much, but the wonderful staff helped us with our luggage.

The hotel was very nice, clean and had a homey feel, with the looks of a true Swiss Chalet. The Staff was wonderful, kind and informative. The breakfast was very good with many options. Location was not far from train station. The room was a little small but the balcony with the view was breathtaking. The bathroom had been updated and was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
