Exceptional service, wonderful location, very good communication, very nice breakfast, nice room with hot water in the shower and a very good wifi. Nice balcony towards the Alps. Nice bed.

Please be advised there is no elevator/lift. There are only three floors, however. We stayed on the third floor, and I did not find taking my bag up once and down once to be difficult. Plus, it's Switzerland, you'll be walking lots anyway.

Quaint, charming, family run hotel. One of my favorite places we stayed at in Switzerland. It truly does justice to getting around the town of Interlaken as it is located very close to Interlaken West. There is a self-service laundry unit (single washer, single dryer). There is also a lovely breakfast, with eggs upon request. It's a very homey, quiet, and lovely hotel.

I had a great room with a view. It was a single room. I absolutely loved it here and the breakfast was really good. The staff were nice and helpful, they gave me an adapter for my charger because it’s different In Switzerland. It was very good value for money and I liked the location as it was close to everything by train bus or walking .

The room was small, the sink was inside the room. The phone charging point is not very near to the bed which can be problem.

The lady in the reception (my bad I forgot to ask her name) was very kind to explain everything to us clearly. We could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The hotel looks beautiful from outside. An old yet charming atmosphere inside. The rooms were modern. We had a balcony with partial view of mountains. The breakfast was quite good, one can also order eggs according to their choice. But overall I felt the breakfast can be improved a little bit more for this price. I like the location very much, it is near the river and canals with beautiful views. It is near the Interlaken west station, so one may need to travel to Interlaken Ost for some connections. But there are frequent trains from west to ost, and also the hotel provides city guest card to access local transport with some additional benefits of other types.

The bathroom was a bit small. The view was of the back of another building with a little hill view. Loud as we were over a parking area, and the church bells rang every 30 min all night. We slept with the windows open as it was so hot so that made it loud.

The room was great, a bit small, and the bathroom was very tiny but worked fine. The hotel has self-service laundry, which was great! The staff was so nice and helpful. The place has a great Italian restaurant for dinner and a good European style breakfast with made to order eggs.

Lovely helpful staff and a good location. Only 10mins walk to the centre of Interlaken. Expensive for a fairly basic room but everything in Switzerland seems very expensive especially in Interlaken. The bathroom was tiny and no air conditioning.

I booked this for me and my friends. Breakfast, location and room were excellent. It was 5-10 minutes walk to the train station. Staff was very helpful. Wi-Fi was excellent. There was a restaurant before you enter the hotel. We had a very beautiful view from our rooms.

Location is very nice. It is close to everything. There are nice restaurants, cafes and food stores very close. Service was outstanding, and especially breakfast was very nice. The room was very nice. We even had a small balcony, there was hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was very good. The bed was very nice.

Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave. Our room was hot all night! Even a small fan would have made things better for sleeping.

The breakfast was excellent in variety and taste. The servers friendly and fast. We looked forward to coming downstairs for our coffee with hot milk and croissants.

It was hot, so I slept with the balcony door open and the noise of the traffic was a little loud.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the old town and away from the commercial centre. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony.

The hotel is somewhat like with a restaurant in the entrance to the building. So the reception doesn't work round the clock. So late checkin wont be possible I guess and if we store luggage after check out it has to be planned to be picked up before the reception closes. We were late to pick up luggage we had left, but the restaurant was still open, and they helped us to unlock the hotel's living room to pick our luggages.

Location was perfect with the bus stop, Interlaken West train station, a coop, a pharmacy in proximity. The breakfast was good. Luggage storage possible if you pick it up early in evening. The room was spacious and clean. The location was central yet quiet.

Three sets of stairs to get to room.

Everything went well except for having to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to room. For those who are more "seasoned" -- elderly -- this made the stay more difficult.
