Lighting in the bedroom. Too low. Couldn't read , or see clearly around the room.. This would be the only reason. I would not stay at this hotel again.

It's a bit dated. Could do with a bit of a refurbishment and air conditioning would also help.

The spa was exceptional, everything you could wish for. The pool was wonderful and the view from the pool (and our room) was stunning.

I combined good and bad above. And bad Wifi everywhere.

The bath is slippery, can be dangerous for elder people wanting to take a shower. The breakfast costs 25 euro's. It is a nice buffet, but fresh orange juice is a little thing to do to make it much more better. No specials offered. The room was nice, good beds. Very noisy terrace below until 2 am.

The elevator from the main entrance does not work, and entry is from the back of the hotel through the parking lots and using the parking elevators

Lifts - lift from main entrance broken, meaning we had to carry buggy up steep steps. Internal lifts to parking and rooms are separate and a little old/bumpy. No air conditioning resulting in rooms being very hot in hot weather. Balcony doors not very sound proof. Our children were kept awake by sound of nearby restaurant or bar repeatedly emptying glass recycling.

The hotel is clearly been run with limited staffing. This is evident where ever you go. The facilities are dated.

This hotel has a wonderful location and provides value for money. It has on site parking. It is a very clean place.. The spa is lovely. Good gym, sauna and pool all unstaffed and not supervised.

Room given was at the back side of the hotel and very noisy with the restaurant downstairs. The room had a balcony but no view.

The hotel is pretty old , one of the elevators from the street level was out of operation during all of our stay and you have to use the stairs up and down from lobby to breakfast or to the street

The hotel can't even give free water in the rooms. When I asked for water through the phone I was told to drink from the bathroom Secondly the church bell is very loud and the doors were not sound proof so I really had rough nights because I am a light sleeper

The staffs were amazing except the one who asked us to drink water from the bathroom tap. One of the staff I loved most was the elderly man who worked the brakefast shift The location was wonderful, gorgeous, and close to every corner of lucerne with boat rides. Brakefast was great and all the pets were friendly especially the cats.

Hotel is in need of a refurb some boards round pool loose no towels at pool then grumpy maid brought some lift at front of hotel not working really dark down corridors and the church right next to hotel does 4 minutes constant ringing at 7 am

I’ll be honest and say that the whole place was in bad need of a lick of paint It’s a shame that several of the showers in the wellness area didn’t seem to work properly You either had very HOT or very cold water, we couldn’t get it to mix.

Very good location directly in front of the boat terminal and a 5min walk from the cable car. Note: it’s best to come down in the cable car if you don’t want to walk up the stairs to it. They are a challenging ! Parking is available for 15chf/night under the hotel. The view from our hotel room balcony was stunning, you could see lakes and mountains for 180degrees. Good breakfast Sauna and steam room were perfect way to relax after a day’s hill walking The gym was sizeable and although we didn’t use it, looked well equipped Staff were friendly and courteous and helpful PoHo has a style which is extravagant, dark browns reds and gold… and yet it works You can’t help smiling as you discover the different floors We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
