The restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was in the business conference room, which had a strange vibe. I also heard the neighbours above us moving around, which I wasn't expecting being on the top floor of the hotel (there's residences above). Do opt for the half board option if you can, as Switzerland is quite expensive to dine out every night. Nonetheless, I'd still stay here in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here! Really close to Luzern station and not a horrible walk with luggage. State of the art gym with two saunas and a steam room. Super clean facilities. Hotel room was clean and quite comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They loaned me a travel adaptor to use, which I was so grateful for. Overall, a fabulous stay.

There were no milk sachets in the room. These are commonly available in Switzerland, so I was surprised I had to use milk powder for my lovely coffee in my room. Great reception service. Professional and thoughtful.

It’s quite expensive relative to the other places I’ve stayed in. It’s probably a Luzern thing. Bathroom and toilet layout was a little weird. They are separated and there was insufficient hook to hang the towel and clothes for shower, so you basically had leave the clean clothes on the floor next to the door or walk out with water dripping into open area to reach your clothes (someone sitting at the chair in the room can actually see everything as there is no further separation between the bathroom + toilet and the bedroom).

It’s very close to the Luzern train station. Breakfast was good - it has quite a selection of food. Room is spacious.

Staff start packing up and taking the food from breakfast before the end time. So allow plenty of time especially if you have children.

The hotel is near train station. convenient especially after trip or tour you don’t need to walk far. Also near to chapel bridge.we had free upgrade too. Sarah from reception was so helpful to us. My daughter said she likes the breakfast and the hotel.

The bathroom has glass and not a wall separating it from the room, one large and powerful lamp, so at night if someone uses it the other wakes up because there is no small and weak lamp that can be turned on. Regarding the sheets, I personally found them a little unpleasant, probably because of the detergent (of course, this is personal).

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There was a special ambiance! Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything a traveler would need to rest and feel at home.

Just one thing which has to me mentioned. The duvet on the bed only covered the size of the bed itself. Therefore, if you are over 1.85m (like I am) your feet will stick out over the bed. If you're sharing a bed with someone it won't be enough. Just a small point but worth mentioning in the hop that management will take this into consideration.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the room was fine despite being so close to the station. We had a very quiet night's sleep. I also left behind some clothes and the staff were extremely helpful in getting it back to me.
