I liked it was right on the bus route so was convenient it also was just around the corner from a coop shop the only thing was the check in was a bit difficult as I arrived early and had to sit and wait for a couple of hours and paid extra to check in early but the earliest was at 1pm I am disable and struggle with stairs but there was no stairs but they did put me on the first floor which made it easier but was a struggle but I did mange the stairs slowly check out was easy but I couldn't find where to put the room card so had to leave it on the top but overall was clean tidy own bathroom and great value 😀

There was a lot of street noise but I still slept pretty well with my earplugs.

The room provided all the basics that we needed for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, and check-in was easy.

There could have been at least a small table in the room. Just to eat a snack or do couple of things with laptop. After check-out, we put our luggage in the lockers in the lobby, but since we handed over our entry cards during check-out process and there was no receptionist or doorman at the hotel, we had difficulty getting back inside through the main door to take our luggages back. There was no elevator for guest for carrying luggages to the upper floors. Only stairs.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Most of the room was adequate. They have made every effort to keep the nightly prices down without compromising on comfort. Self check-in was very easy. Its proximity to the city center was very good. We used public transportation for free with the Baselcard they provided us and we were able to enter the zoo for half the price. There were lockers provided for guests in the lobby for using after check-out.

The bathroom is very small , you can’t move around . It doesn’t have an elevator and it is difficult to take the stairs with heavy baggages.Also the breakfast it was not worth the money . Cold eggs and not a big variety of food.

It was near the airport and the bus station . The hotel was clean and warm.

We liked that the bathroom was called the tiny loo. The room was absolutely fine for a night, and had everything that we needed. It was a 5 minute walk to the tram stop to get us to the centre or you could walk it in 20 minutes

The bathroom had no door, which is unacceptable to me. I don't want to make eye contact with my roommate from the toilet. The window is very small, so the room is dark and the pillow is uncomfortable. Other than that, I liked the room.

Perfect location, everything is close, great transport (which is free thanks to the basel card). The checkout process is easy and fast.

Embedded bathroom cabin is shame - zero sound insulation, glittering light and strange ergonomics.

Automated self check-in and payment is easy, there is a n automatic baggage locker. Room is comfortable enough for human warehouse, not worse than other well know discounter hotels. Guest is free to open windows and have a plenty of fresh air, heat radiator looks impressive.

Noisy environment. Check in was horrendous, the payment didn't come through on the hotel side. When we tried calling the phone number the number was not in use. Very frustrating.

Check is is not smooth. Scanner has a hard time to scan id-cards. took about 10min before it worked --> very poor.

Tiny bathroom and the hotel was located a ways away from the old city. The trams were easy to use and we ate at an excellent Thai restaurant (Thai Family) nearby.

When we booked, the check-in time was stated as 2pm, but upon arrival, the local instructions indicated check-in only after 3pm. Additionally, there was no locker available to leave our bags, so we had to inquire at a nearby hotel. Furthermore, there was a missing kettle in the bedroom.

The location is very good. Easy access to public transport and all the main touristic points. The room was very clean and organized and the self check in is very hand and easy.

Tiny tiny tiny room with saggy window shelf and minimal amenities. Self-checkin rather laborious. Unclear directions inside the building: I only realized I had to take the ratty stairs to the room because everything else was locked
