Excellent location & excellent bar staff. Pizzas & drinks available at the bar even when restaurants around are closed. Look out for the amazingly friendly bar staff: Alejandra was our super friendly waitress who always took the time to speak to us. Eloise prepared our really tasty pizzas. Aletta made our lovely mouthwatering cocktails & Jake welcomed & seated us with warmth.

I really invite the hotel to add hotel signs outside the building as you will never find the street number of the hotel, which is reached through a shopping arcade corridor. The room's fragrance was too strong, for someone like me who doesn't use and tolerate perfumes it's a discomfort Good for a short vacation as there is not wardrobe in the room

We booked a cosy room and I found it difficult to get around the foot of the double bed especially the way they positioned the TV. Could have been thought out a little better. The hotel is a little expensive but in fairness all hotels in this city are not cheap. Nothing major though.

At first I thought that the absence of bacon and sausage would be a problem but there was much more on offer to fill the void. From cereals to fruit to cold meats and cheese the choice was vast and the coffee was fabulous. The shower in the room was probably the best shower I have tried and taking the green option of not having your bed made or towels changed every day in exchange for a drink at the bar was great. Full marks from me.

Windows can’t be opened, and view wasn’t great. The internet connection was reallllly bad! If I would have had to work I would have been upset by this.

The hotel send us the card for using public transport which was super easy and convenient. The room was nice and spacious. The location was absolutely excellent we were able to walk everywhere!

They had no kitchen service during breakfast, so a ham & cheese omelette would have been the cherry on top, but the rest was perfect. And I mean it.

Breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruits, salads, falafels, and healthy stuff. They even prepared ginger shots, which I fancy a lot. Staff is super friendly. The bed very confortable.

Can’t think of anything! The bar service in the evening was maybe a tiny bit slow? But really not an issue at all

The breakfast was incredible, the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for years, honestly. I love that you have all the toiletries in the rooms. The Bed was amazing. The location is right in the centre, close to bus routes and everything walking distance. Fantastic. I’ve already booked a return visit!

the black walls in the hallways were a bit much with little lighting. also the room lights immediately turning off when the key card is taken out was not nice at night when leaving the room because the hallway was also so dimly lit

Not so keen on the bathroom with glass door, although there is a curtain which can be pulled through. Continental Breakfast is basic for 30CHF, would be much better if there were some hot options like fried eggs.

Perfect location in central Geneva, within walking distance to all amenities, including the old town and lake leman. Great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is quiet and spacious. Love the 24hr rooftop bar, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.
