Pleasantly surprised by this cool place. Close to many of the highlights to see in Geneva, many restaurants nearby, the bar area up the top was cute, and great shower pressure. Would definitely consider staying at another “Ruby” hotel if encounter one again!

I would have preferred different pillows, although I slept well the pillows were lumpy.

Fabulous location in the middle of Geneva, really easy to check in and out. Staff were very helpful, we ate twice in the bar (food was fab) and enjoyed our free drink in exchange for not having room service. The rooms are sound proof and the beds extremely comfortable - was one of the best sleeps I have had away from home. Shower was equally as good, had everything that you needed in the rooms.

Black walls in corridors, low lighting in the long corridors (causing an unsafe sense), too strict on departure time. Slightly expensive for its level of service and facilities. Curtains in the bathroom could be replaced by glass to avoid “mini flooding”.

Too many rooms for the 3 elevators serving the floors. You have to allow some time if you need to leave/go out for an appointment/meeting. Crowed Breakfast setup.

Great welcoming and professional staff. Great location near the old town. The facilities were excellent and it was an easy process to check in and check out. The rooftop bar was excellent and Jackie’s restaurant recommendations were very helpful.

No drawers or cupboards, just a few coat hangers No tea/coffee facilities in room, galley idea ok in principle if you’re near it, otherwise a long walk carrying hot drinks and having to have got dressed to get them

Room spacious and well appointed, very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Galleys on each floor with free coffee, tea and ironing boards a nice touch.

An overall perfect stay : - Rooms beautifully decorated, spacious and cozy - Comfortable bed - Wonderful view over the Old City roofs from the terrasse - Two Marshall speakers put at disposal (option to tune into the hotel's curated radio if one doesn't want to search for specific playlists - we loved it !) - Food and bar service 24/7 for hotel guests, which was greatly appreciated The list can go on with many small perks and pleasant gestures. We absolutely adored our stay, highly recommend this hotel.
