The bathroom door opened in towards the toilet which made it a tight squeeze to get to the toilet and the sink was outside the bathroom so you had to touch the door with dirty hands

There was nothing that needs changing however, an addition of another comfortable soda at the reception would be beneficial.

Excellent location, near the Old city, Geneva lake is across the street, all the high-end shops there. Self check-out, luggage storage - all fast & efficient. Great toiletries & Marshall speaker in the room. Didn’t take breakfast as we read it’s not worth it, while there are lots of eating options nearby. Modern hotel with a twist, probably not for families with kids or elderly people. More for a young vibe, I think.

Not easy to find the property. You need to do check in with puting the ID or passport details by yourself. Slippers where missing in the room. Don’t understand why some hotels or room renting companies don’t have it in the room. It is more clean and comfortable and they are not expensive 0.5€ - 1€ is the cost for the slippers.

Very clean room. Stuff very friendly, there is always free drink at bar for the guests. You can leave the luggae at the bar in safe place.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you had to walk to the galley where the tap didn’t work, I really missed this. The room is okay for one night but there is nowhere to hang clothes. The bathroom doesn’t offer very much privacy. The corridors are really really dark, I didn’t like this. The bar is insanely expensive.

The location is fantastic, although quite difficult to find initially. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was clean.

In general, the concept of the hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and smiley, creating a really comfortable atmosphere around. Aletta, the Hungarian young lady was a great surprise for me, she is also super cute 🤩 The room had a really great vibe, planned and decorated in a way that is exactly enough, not too much. I am very thankful for the whole team for making my stay really relaxing and special ❤️

the only think I would say is about the customer service (by call). I tried to reach twice the hotel and it was impossible. I was putting in wait during 3 minutes and then directly the call ended.

Usually I have at least some recommendations to the hotel but not this time - please keep doing what you're already doing.

Loved it from the moment we stepped into the room. Everything was perfect. The design of the room, cleanliness, breakfast, overall communication. The room was small but this shouldn't come as a suprise to anyone who's able to read the description of the room prior booking. The room is compact but very well thought out and super comfy. Great bed and bedsheets. Quiet! Breakfast was lovely.

There was separate toilet but the shower was in the room and the sink was on the desk next to the lamp which was a health hazard.

The entrance is not on the main road, I think it would be a good idea to add the directions on the website or booking.com

The location is excellent for old town and Lake Geneva. It is very clean. I loved the reception. the bar/restaurant is located on the same floor. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are happy to share their local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the Galley where you can make tea and coffee on each floor.

The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing but once you get it (reception is at the 7th floor) you are all set. Also the bath towel is really small (I am 1.60m) and the 2 single duvets instead of a double one didn't make sense to me

I really liked the bedroom which was very spacious, the linen was great and so were the pillows. Great shower too and very convenient location, walkable to old town and to the Grand Theatre de Geneve. Gluten free bread available at breakfast. And they send you your free transport passes to public transportation before arrival which ended up being super convenient and fast. The guests are cool too.
