Location of property was a bit difficult and confusing to find. Did not realize the hotel was inside the mall / office building. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner inside the shower were very difficult to pump. It’s like a workout to access the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

I believe that the bad could be bigger and the pillows were uncomfortable. There is no view at all. The equipment of the room is poor but not bad.

The location is great. You are in the heart of Geneva. You do not need any transport to explore the city and even the Old town. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice and the bar on the last floor makes the experience even better. Very clean and friendly staff for your service. One thing happened to me: my wife forgot her bag in the hotel when we left and the hotel staff kept it for us for several days which is very kind and appreciated from us. The hotel is new and very fresh.

No plug adapter for UK plugs. Was not aware they had their own country plugs. Thought they would be European plugs. No kettle in room but had facilities on every floor which was helpful

Lights in the elevators are far too harsh - soften them please! Whereas the lights on the floors leading to the bedrooms is very dark/black! Other than that all good.

quick and efficient checkin in which is automated, however, I appreciated someone being there to assist. good coffee (espresso). I did not use it as quick stop over, however, the lounge area and terrace have a nice relaxed vibe. Good shampoo etc. and hair dryer and all electric sockets well located. Blinds to dim outside light and very quiet room.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. They were available at the end of the floor but that really didn’t work for me. No ironing board/iron in the room although available in an ante room at the end of the floor.

Great hotel in a very central location about 100 metres from the lake. Close to bars and restaurants and trams. Rooms very modern and comfortable. Lovely rooftop bar area to sit and enjoy a drink. Breakfast was excellent.

the corridor is very dark with the motion sensor which usually sensed you after you arrived. I lived on 1.5 floor which I pulled the big suitcase all the way through the long long corridor and still had to climb up some staircases under a dim environment…….without any help at all…..and it couldn’t possible to find one nearby…..SO pls do some remarks if you don’t want to walk up or down when you book the hotel!! The air-con is not working at all in the room, there’s no air came out at all…..so I could only open the window….but then it was so noisy on street which I could hear people talking, tram coming, stock unloading through out the night… and lastly the breakfast had limited choice and everyday’s the same so you might consider not having it there. I would suggest to having little hints on how to adjust the air-con button as well since you wouldn’t figure out up means warm and down means cool….but anyways, mine one was not working at all.. There’s NO dental kit and slippers provided, no adaptor can be borrowed, you have to purchase those from vending machine on 6th floor. And there’s no fridge, no boiler in the room. You need to get your hot water or filtered water and iron in the Gallery which you have one each on the floor. There’s no phone in the room as well. If you need help, you need to go up to 7th floor to find the reception.

The window faced inward towards office windows, so it was rather dull view from inside. Plenty of shades and shutters so not a privacy issue, but if you were hoping for a view of the city…uh, at least some rooms don’t have it. Not a big deal lol. I purposely picked this place because I didn’t have a car, but you’ll be parking in the city garage if you have one. But it’s Geneva, you really don’t need a car there just to tourist around.

Perfectly located downtown by the water jet and Jardin Anglais. Bel Air station is nearby to get trams and busses around the city or to the main train station. Easy walk to lots of food and sightseeing. The decor is very swanky, and top floor bar and breakfast area was gorgeous.

Upon check in you will be asked if you would like to receive a free drink in exchange for your room not being made up. They don’t tell you that the room will not be made up for 3 days! Upon asking, they did advise if we asked at reception we could get fresh towels. The room was very hot and a/c did not put out much cool air. No view from windows. The sink outside the bathroom was not an issue.

Large room. Good location about 15 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was good with cappuccino available boiled eggs, meat and cheese trays, fresh fruit, a variety of bread and rolls and cereal. Hotel easy to locate following their directions. McDonalds and a sushi restaurant in the “mall” on the way to the hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Closet and safe in the room and several chairs.

The bathroom in the room with only a glass wall and doors give little privacy.

The hotel is modern, well equipped, perfectly located. The breakfast was really enjoyable, a lot of choice, especially salty.
