The room — at least the one we were given — was a bit small, and housekeeping wasn’t done during our stay, though we’re not sure why.

The hotel is charming and nicely decorated. It’s very well located — easy to reach from the train station and perfect for exploring all corners of Zurich. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (though a bit small), and the staff is very friendly.

Everything was good. The staff was really kind and ready to help. The room was nice, well designed and wide. Also the location was perfect; few steps from the main station and close to the main streets of Zurich. What I also appreciated was the vending machines available for the night (only card payment though). It was a very pleasant stay.

Room layout a bit unconventional and didn't like massive tv at foot of bed which detracted from decor.

Quiet for inner city with very good soundproofing. Secure. Check-in and luggage storage smooth, efficient and professional. Ambience to our liking. Free authentic and well prepared cocktail in lieu of an otherwise unnecessary room make up.

They dont own the garage and they have a deal with elsewhere. Therefore, you need to pack accordingly, to make sure that the luggage is easy to carry during a bit steep road of 10minutes. Without the luggages, its super fine. Everything is self-service so there are no phones that you can call the lobby, in case you would need assistance when youre in the room.

I felt the room wasn't finished. One wall looked as if they were in the process of sanding it down after sheet rocking it.

Great location, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and added a very nice touch. I thought the extras that the hotel provided made for an exceptional stay (bus pass etc). I would absolutely stay there again.

If we were going to stay for more than an afternoon and a night we would definitely need to book a bigger room. The layout of the toilet and shower is a problem. The toilet is enclosed with frosted glass, which means that if someone turns the light on in the middle of the night, it wakes up the other sleeper. And the shower is just weird...it has clear glass so anyone in the room can see the person taking the shower.

We needed a place for one night before an early morning flight from Zurich airport. This hotel was fine for that. It's very close to the Hauptbahnhof. For one night it was adequate for two people and the price was decent by Zurich standards. The staff was friendly and helpful.
