I cant think of any thing that we did not like

We left at 5am so did not get the breakfast, but the girl at the bar made us coffee so nice that the bar was open 24hrs, we thought the location was prefect especially walking to train station that early in the morning. the staff at the bar was very friendly and welcoming and gave us recommendations for places to see, we had a great stay!

Room was a bit small and the distance between the end of the bed and the wall was barely wide enough for a tiny person to pass through.

The location was perfect for our needs. The facility is very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Very unique themed facility.

This hotel is money, extremely trendy and quirky with its decor and style, haven't been to a hotel like it! Attention to detail in their fixtures and fittings was exceptional. Staff very friendly too, I highly recommend you stay here to experience something a bit different and have a great stay. It's less than 5 minutes from the station too and 1 minute from all the shops.

It’s a a bit pricey.

The location is perfect. It is close to train station but it is situated in a quiet area. Staff are nice and helpful.

Breakfast was very good but it would be even better if certain items would be varied daily. On 2 days, gluten free bread was not available for breakfast.

Modern new rooms, nice perfume around hotel, lovely bright room, relaxing shower, great facilities, comfortable beds, fantastic location, modern public areas, helpful staff, breakfast was nice too. I would stay at this hotel with a blink of an eye.

We received an attic room, which felt extremely small due to the unusable spaces under the slope of the roof. Also, the weekend we were unable to keep the windows open during the night as a lot of shooting came from the park in front of the hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station andat themain streetof Zurich. Restaurants, shops, public transport and main touristattractions are all in walking distance.

A bit dark inside the hotel, can be a challenge for old people or those with reduced vision. Room was well lit, fortunately.

The A/C

The property is eclectic and in a super location! All of the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the air conditioner never quite could keep up and it was very warm at night while we were trying to sleep.

Couldn't book an extra night directly with the reception. Had to resort to booking.com. Confusing that with Ruby awards the price was stilll higher than booking.com

The location was Fab. Parking was not an issue surprisingly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good vibe about the place and lean luxury hits the mark for our family.

The view from the Star room was disappointing (see photo). Tho the room itself was nice.

So we stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first night in a Star room. While technically it is a river view, there is a huge Coop supermarket in the way. You can see the view in my second photo. Tho the room was bigger I was really paying for the view and so I was disappointed. Our flight was cancelled so we stayed a second night we had to check out and check back in, but the hotel staff was nice enough to let us have a late check out on the Star room and got our Lovely room ready early, so we just walked around Zürich for a couple hours. The view from the Lovely room was very charming (last photo) and we would have been fine in just that room. If we stay again, we will choose a Lovely room.
