No room service, nonetheless i definitely understand why they don't provide room service, but it would had been a good plus to have.

everything was simply outstanding. starting with the staff, the room, the location, how clean and amazing the whole hotel was, breakfast was rich and tasty, everything was exceeding my expectations and i would absolutely come back again.

Too many things to navigate - lights, air conditioning, blinds, coffee station without proper instructions. I could not figure it out! So it is no use when you can't figure out how to use it. And not comfortable to spend time trying to turn off the lights at bedtime. Also, why no cash in the hotel? It is of enormous importance to keep using cash!

The room was nice and clean, the view was great.

I didn’t like that. I had to go get tea on a different floor and walk across the whole hallway and then when I decided to take the steps I got locked out in the step section because there was no more entrance back into the hotel so took me a minute to figure out how to get there, stress me out. I was really taken back with the amount of crime that was happening on the street right outside of the hotel made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Beautiful sustainable hotel tiny room but really well equipped and really fantastic staff members but I felt really unsafe. We’re outside because of all the hooligans and crime. Our passports were somehow lost or stolen and that ruin the trip. I would still give this hotel another chance because the staff made it a very pleasant experience omits of the negative events. The rooms are really well designed and the little details were a nice touch. I also love the fact there was a full length mirror even though the room was tiny.

The location was amazing. near the Zurich river, The room was confortable, the coffee and the cinema was amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful and polit. good for families near the main metro station near the modern market

It’s expensive but this is Zurich!

Great location, a 2 minute walk from the station and along the river. Close to everything and all bus and tram stops. The hotel rooms are small but well designed and therefore comfortable. Bed, pillows, linen were all of great quality. The restaurant is very nice.

Galley kitchen only available for tea and packet coffee. Wasn't informed at check in and didn't see sign in lifts. Sharp edges to bed in small bedroom gave potential for bruised shins.

Excellent location, 2 mins from train station and old town. Clean and contemporary. Lovely bar area for relaxing.

The rooms didn’t have coffee in the room. Had to walk into another hallway to grab coffee as soon as I woke up. There was no iron in the room and had to walk all the way to the other hallway to iron my clothes. I don’t know whether it is a Swiss thing, but here in America, or anywhere else even in the third world countries , we have stayed in hotels, with all such minor amenities in the room. These little things make it convenient for guests. Then when we were checking in, the staff told us that if we didn’t want house cleaning, we could get free drinks. We opted for housecleaning , but the staff didn’t change it on the system and so we had no housecleaning done and came back to a dirty room the first night. We complained and the second night we came back to a room with only one set of towels.😖 It sure didn’t feel professional like a hotel and more like an Airbnb where we had to go and ask for towels.

I liked that it was in the center, so I didn’t have to travel too much. The staff was very friendly.

Probably the space, but you really don’t need anymore than what the rooms were. It’s Europe and I don’t expect to get a big room unless I get a really big bill.

I like the security system they have. You have to use your card to get up the elevator, then again to get into your corridor that leads your room. Excellent way of keeping guest safe.

We wanted to call the reception and couldn’t find a phone in the room and we had to go down to the reception for small requests
