There is no daily housekeeping. There is no telephone or a device in the room to contact the main reception.

We loved this location for our Honeymoon, honestly wish we stayed there longer. It was beautiful, clean, and the perfect location to walk to anything in the city. Magical.

Love this hotel, great vibe and little touches in the rooms - speaker, radio, music amp etc etc So clean and together! The Galleys on each floor are unique too…. Great idea! The bar has a great atmosphere at night as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Only thing would be the bedding- lumpy pillow and duvet wasn’t the same size as the bed. But didn’t affect sleep too much, as everything else exceeded expectations.

Great location and amenities, friendly and helpful staff, great bar/coffee shop downstairs, amazing views from the room, love the decor and the unlimited tea, coffee and water.

The room was nice, just so narrow that there was less than half a meter space between the bed and the wall, and they even had narrowed the desk to be able to not walk but squeeze by.

The entrance the check in (the Swiss "meldeschein" is not the hotels fault). The bar, the breakfast (but see below). the whole vibe was very nice, urban. The guitars are e nice kick for guitar players ... not for me. I liked that they had changed the bed for one person because I was alone, very thoughtful, rarely if ever happens.

As this hotel was retrofitted from an old cinema the bathrooms are unusually fitted in the room like a glass cubicle, which I believe you can pull a curtain over for privacy if your sharing your room. I asked if there were rooms with a 'normal' closed in bathroom and thankfully they cater for the disabled with these rooms which we happily accepted in exchange for our allocated room.

I loved everything about this hotel - I loved the informality of checking in at the bar, loved the bar which has the best, cosiest, inviting spaces. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. This is a very funky, feel good hotel that's different from any other hotel we've stayed out. This hotel pays homage to the fact that it was once a cinema by playing movies every night. Our room was spacious and comfortable and filled with beautiful light pouring in from the large semi circle window. The location was great and very close to Zurich HBF

Breakfast was excellent. Loved the options for coffee drinks to be made at no additional cost. They kept our luggage after check out so we could explore the city. Every way was so nice and helpful. Very upscale. Even loved the shampoo/soap products included in the shower! Was a little concerned about noise at first- the bars below are active till late- but we asked for a quiet room and had no trouble sleeping! No disturbances at all. It was perfect.
