We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clean facility, comfortable beds, convenient location, and parking. The restaurant was great, excellent food. Dinner cost twice as much as the room. We booked the last available room last minute, but unfortunately, it only had shared bathroom facilities.

SwitzerlandThe rooms are comfortable but it gets easily noisy early morning when neighbouring rooms are waking up and getting ready to go. The breakfast is well provided with sufficient choice, however we found it slightly too expensive.
Very good location in Biasca, excellent value for money, the staff is great, good service and spacious comfortable rooms. We stayed as a family in two twin rooms for one stop-over night and it was perfectly suited to our needs.

The rented room was a basement with direct entrance from outside, not a room with garden view as advertised; it was also connected to Utility room that had a shower, toilet, farm sink beside the washer and water heater. So much humidity in the room that the dehumidifier was inneficient. We had to rewash the mid size towels due to smell.

NetherlandsIt was very hot in the rooms. Al windows were closed on arrival. But even when opening the windows. There was only 1 shared bathroom for a complete floor with 12 rooms. Still had to pay just over €150 per room. Restaurant was very pricy
