Shower was a bit small and water pressure could be improved. Limited countertop space on bath vanity.

Polite and welcoming staff, very good condition of room and amenities, extra touches (chocolate bunnies on the pillows, welcome note, yoga mat, etc.)

The receptionist guy and one lady also from reception they both of them are blondes. When i arrive they are not accomodating, kinda racist.

We had to leave before breakfast started in order to catch a train but reception staff kindly told us we could help ourselves and take some with us which we did .

Great location, walking distance to bus and train stations. Many trams to hotel or walk is about 10ish minutes. Restaurants and bars around the corner. The hotel room is euro size but has everything. Shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee, tea. Fridge had drinks in it that I assume you pay for. Comfortable beds and duvet covers. Large variety of food at breakfast. Cooked, cold, lots of options, ie 3 kinds of milk

Breakfast was okay, not the greatest for vegetarian could have had more variety. There was no option for shower facility for a late flight but the receptionist did offer me a late check out

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. It’s right next to the central tram line and 2 minutes walk from the Zurich central tram station, shops and restaurants are right outside and the lake as well. Rooms are standard small size for Europe, but very well equipped, they also provide extras like yoga mat and umbrella and bag should you need which was quite nice. Beds comfy, room was warm and shower was good! And it was sound proof! Staff friendly and helpful for tourist information.

There's no air conditioning in the winter, which can be a problem when it gets warm and humid out, because of the thick down comforters. Opening a window is not practical on weekends because of nearby bars with outdoor tables and a very loud clientele. So we always have to use earplugs.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, fast elevator and wonderful staff. Rooms are fairly large and have comfortable beds. Very modern, airy feel. Fantastic location just steps from the main train station.

In recent years, winters have been much warmer than usual so you'll need to open a window, because the A/C units don't get turned on until April or May, and the quaint streets outside can get quite noisy on weekend mornings, especially around 4 am. They provide Rituals soap, conditioner and lotion in pump dispensers but the pumps are getting stiff and hard to operate. There are no drawers or shelves for storage in the room and no outlets near the bed. No charging ports anywhere.

The location close to the main train station is unbeatable, and there's a large Coop grocery store on the way, so it's easy to grab whatever you need for your stay. The rooms are large for a city hotel and are very modern. Breakfast is superb, with a great assortment of quality breads, pastries, fruits (like Kiwi), cheeses, yogurt, muesli, and even scrambled eggs. The coffee at breakfast is fabulous and you can get excellent Americano, cafe creme, espresso, macchiato, cappuccino or whatever your heart desires. Staff is very personable and will do everything then can to ensure your comfort. I like that they offer you breakfast on the day you arrive if you arrive before 10 am (as we usually do). We also love the in-room Nespresso machines with an assortment of pods; there's also one in the lobby of the hotel.

There were no gluten fee options for breakfast, which was disappointing. I am vegetarian and coeliac which limits breakfast, however some gluten free bread would have been great to toast on the run.

Check in was efficient, however I was charged again for the room even though I paid on booking and have still not received a refund. The room was lovely and clean and the reception team were friendly. I arrived late and left early in the morning so didnt really get the chance to see more of the hotel.
