There was no ventilation and it was extremely humid in the room. I had to request for a fan which they immediately installed it for us. The room was small and difficult to place 3 luggages. The breakfast was very limited option, suitable for quick run. The bed was hard but the pillow was really soft.

Room (in Spring) was super hot and didn't seem to have any air conditioning / temperature control function. Opening the window helped but the traffic noise was super loud (as my room was L1). Sleeping was quite difficult!

The reception staff were so lovely and helpful! Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and had useful & thoughtful amenities for a traveler. Fantastically convenient location.

The hotel is near the central stop. About 5 minutes walk to the main station. The reception was very welcoming. The room has good facilities - kettle, Nespresso, tea, and coffee, mini bar with fridge. There is a choice of pillows. The highlight for me as someone there for the Zurich marathon was that they gave a 4pm checkout to all runners without even asking. They also opened the breakfast area 30 minutes early to accommodate runners in the marathon. So, clearly they care about the guest experience. Great service

A few additional amenities in the bathroom needed for older guests such as a grab bar when getting out of the shower and a bar of soap or liquid soap that pumps easier. Older folks loose strength in their hands as they age. Thanks for asking.

Location was quick and convenient from the train station. Hotel room was perfect- comfortable, clean and inviting. Breakfast staff were very accommodating.

Layer of dust in our room. The A/C didn’t work and we couldn’t open our window because the bar down the street was busy and lots of noise and smokers on the sidewalk below our room.

The location is really convenient for everything, very near to the HB and also just a walking distance to the Old Town and other touristy sites. The room is clean and the breakfast was good and the staff were great!

Exceeded my expectations! Very easy to find and accessible. Facilities and amenities are top notch! I will def recommend this to fam and frieds visiting Zürich! I love it here! Reception was very helpful. They have given me early check-in. Even offered an umbrella as it was raining when i came.

They kept the rooms too hot, and while I'd open the windows to cool the room housekeeping closed the window during the cleaning. Not a huge problem, but I need cold room to sleep.

Excellent hotel right near the main station, very good value for the price (Zurich is an expensive city!!). The breakfast was really good, and the breakfast staff might've been my favorite people in Zurich at the time, very positive moods and helpful, made a big difference on the stay.

This did not feel lgbt friendly. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the Russian guy who checked us in. His vibe was very concerning and he stared at us in a very unnerving way any time we left or came back.

We had a fantastic stay. The stuff were very friendly and the room was clean. I appreciated the details such as backpack and exercise mat. Additionally, they allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. Recommend.

Fantastic hotel! Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were lovely and informative. It was right in the city centre and trams/train station was only minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Perhaps a little more variety at breakfast. I've seen buffets in Mainz Germany which have a ton more options. I wish there were a few more eating options nearby - we had to go over the river to get more options.

Breakfast was wonderful - but for some reason my boys didn't care as much for it. I loved the little egg boiling station so you could do your own. The location was amazing - very convenient for the ubiquitous trolleys for which Zurich is famous. A few day passes had us zooming around the city with ease. We could also walk to the main train station which helped when we arrived as well as when we took a trip on the Bernina Express out of Chur.
