The location is not easy to access. (But on the other hand, you have a good view)

The facilities are great. Even employees were not there, we got quick replies when we had some questions. Not so many tourists. So you can experience the tranquility of the Swiss countryside.

Light in bathroom ... too dark when taking shower. Pillows are not really comfortable and cookware can be also be better.

We've spend a wonderful vacation in May here. Location is just fantastic! Spectacular view! Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

It would have been helpful to know that full instructions for operating the washing machine is in the guest book. Also note, there is no microwave.

Very close to the furnicular station. Check in was easy. The apartment is large with everything you need. A supermarket within 20 minutes walking distance, but what a walk, the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed the cows with their bells! The walk down to the boat station is also well worth it.

Very clean and tidy, had all the essentials we needed and was really pleased that a Swiss plug adapter had been left for us to use as I did not realise that I would need one which was different to the other countries in Europe that I have visited. We had originally booked for the hotel next door which was much more expensive and did not have 24 hr check in and because our flight was very late and delayed, I’m really pleased we changed. Beautiful scenery.

We didn’t understand the choice of pillows at the property and while the beds were otherwise very comfortable, the pillows were both huge but also thin, poorly filled and too soft at the same time, that was our only complaint. I have never left a review about pillows before. These were uniquely bad.

The property was in a stunning location and (while dated, which is in a way part of its charm) it had everything we needed including good internet so we could work for a few days while there. It is right at the railway to Trieb and a nice walk to the Rütli so you can connect to the ferry around the lake easily. Also near a swimming lake and other walks and cable cars. Private parking and other amenities also ideal.

We like everything. But it would be even better with a little addition of microwave.

The whole apartment was super clean. Has everything what we needed for cooking. Even paper towels, sugar, salt , dishwasher with tablets, and a coffee maker with a couple of cartridges. Very warm and cosie place with amazing views towards mountains and lake Luzerne.

Location location location. This is in such a great place with the most amazing views just outside the apartment. The wifi and kitchen were great and I also enjoyed the size of the apartment. Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent peaceful location with a lot of astonishing surroundings to visit. The apartment comes as advertised - it really is "older", but all things considered very clean and well maintained. Great value for money compared to similar accomodations in vicinity.

- The pillows in all beds should be replaced immediately. No one can sleep with these too soft pillows. - the oven was out of order so it was not possible to bake a pizza for kids and at the same time the most stores was closed due to season. This should be fixed as well. - Parking space was to small for a big car and most it was so difficult to park the car as a boat is parked to the next parking space. No easy to find the entrance of the parking, how to open the parking door as there is no lights when you arrive at night. - No easy to find the key locker. - There is no view to the lake only on the side but just a little bit. So the photos are not represent the real view. The view from the veranda is at the tennis court and mountains.

- It is extremely quiet but we went off season period. - The nature in general - The food at the Bahnhof restaurant very close to the appartment was extremely delicious
