the place is clean and very very well maintained. they even provide us plug extensions, extra blankets. not to forget that deborah, the hostel owner borrowed me an adapter. she is very kind and lovely, i feel like a family when i talk with her 🥺i had a great time throughout my stay. would definitely come again!

Debrah owner is super thoughtful, supportive and extremely helpful. She is sincere in caring for my stay, genuinely recommends me of places and activities to go depending on weather. Location is superb for people who value calmness and less touristy places like me. I stayed during the last week of January and it was the most silence I can find in my life. The silence is amazing, you can hear birds chirping, river flowing, wind howling and the bell from church makes the whole tiny town super interesting. I love it.

No proper kitchen provided, only a microwave and some plates and plastic cutlery. I felt like this could have been better. There was a little common area next to the bar but would be nice if it had a few more things to encourage people to chill out there like some books or a guitar ect

Great vibe at the place and met lots of other likeminded travellers, and teamed up for hiking and adventures. Staff were friendly and great, and beds and rooms were beautiful/comfortable! Overall a fantastic place!

The 8 bed dorm was very spacious and the shared bathrooms were very clean. In a great location within walking distance of the main centre.

The views are absolutely stunning! The beds are very comfy, showers are great and the hostel is very clean. The highlight of the place is Gigi the Bartender, she made my solo trip the best ever! Deborah the owner is a sweetheart and gave me lots of tips! I can’t wait to come back!

As I usually wake up at nights to go to the bathroom It was not very convenient to go to another building at night, but I had an opportunity to observe the sky full of stars though :)

Great hotel. They say there's no quite rooms, but there was no noise during our stay and at around 10 pm the majority of people is already in their rooms. There are common areas to use, including the kitchen, showers, WCs ans laundry room

Great location, a little set back from the center of town but still very dry quick walk. The dorm was great and not super crowded, bathrooms were also clean and plenty of showers. The staff was very friendly and had great restaurant recommendations.

This was an incredible experience and stay. This hostel is in a perfect location just walking distance from the train station and bus stop. Not to mention “where it’s located” in Beautiful Lauterbrunnen! Debrah (the owner) felt like a mom away from home, making sure I had everything I needed including plans or itineraries for the day. Her wealth of knowledge of Lauterbrunnen and the surrounding areas turned a good trip into a great one. The room (single twin room) was spacious and more than comfortable. With showers and facilities just a few steps down the hall. The location had new/ plenty washers and dryers. The bathrooms and rooms were kept very clean. The bar down stairs was full of character and a nice place to end the night . The bartender GiGi was the highlight of my nights in Lauterbrunnen, she was kind, attentive, and full of stories and jokes. I got to meet the receptionist Fernando before my departure and he was a really nice guy with good energy. Ultimately staying here might have been the highlight of my Europe trip this year . I highly recommend staying here and taking the time to get to know the staff, they made my whole experience and trip one to remember !

Kitchen didn’t have a stove or oven which made cooking difficult

Amazing location with views of the valley and waterfalls. Kitchen was super handy for cooking and meeting other travellers! Bathrooms were clean and spacious and well maintained. All the staff were so friendly and ready to accommodate us/give us recommendations and suggestions for our trip. Rooms were comfortable and the dorms divided up so you felt like you were only in a room with a few people. Nice for some privacy. Would definitely come again!

Barely any powerpoints, running extension leads to each bed in the dorm would make such a difference. Door to the dorm was kept open & unlocked, honestly anyone could’ve walked in.

Location was excellent. Being right by the bus stop was perfect to quickly get to the main part of town.

The beds were really comfortable and the facilities were clean. There were plenty of bathroom stalls and showers to use, so waiting wasn’t an issue. The location was also just walking distance from the town. The view of the water fall in the parking lot was gorgeous.
