Nothing I didn't like. The only thing is that was a downside is the fact that Switzerland is quite expensive due to the Swiss Frank. This is however outside of the host's control

The location is absolutely breathtaking. The host is very helpful and kind and even lent us a buggy to take our son to town. She also gave us tips on where to go eat in town and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant on site makes good food and makes it possible to travel with small children. We got our breakfast to take away because we left early. Our dog was also welcome. We were also able to borrow paddle boards which allowed us to have a great family stop.

The view from hotel is very beautiful. It has very quiet and charming rooms. The breakfast was great, not so rich but good selections with high quality. The staff was very friendly. Swimming in the lake at private beach side of hotel and trying to make Stand up paddling was very enjoyable. The sup boards are free to use from hotel😊 We were feeling like in paradise.

The hotel located in a unique place, to reach there you need to pass a one way super narrow road, my car sensors were beeping every five seconds because the car was closed to the mountain edge, if you have a SUV or You're not and experienced driver pass on it! The one way road is scheduled too, means every half-hour is in one way, but there is no traffic light there, so if you are in the middle & car coming you have to drive backwards for some 15 - 20 minutes (unless it's your time so the other car should drive reverse)

A car is recommended 1.7 km hilly walk in summer is no joke. and there is no Elevator but the staff take our luggage to 4th floor I'm appreciate a lot

The hotel is perfectly located right by the lake. Sunset is unbelievable. Very quiet place, somehow isolated from the crazy world through this small road between lake and mountain. Nice staff and good food. All together just perfect for the weekend

Family owners are extremely pleasant and accommodating, which made our stay that much better. Location on the lake is beautiful. Rooms well appointed. Onsite restaurant serving fish from the lake is delicious.

Regular pick up from or drop to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock boat station would be helpful. Only limited boats from Kehrsiten-Dorf boat station (which is closer to the hotel). Ms. Monika and Ms. Natalie were very kind in picking me up from Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock boat station.

Breakfast was nice. The location is superb. Very cute, cosy, and beautiful small village of Kehrsiten, on the edge of Lake Lucerne. Very Picturesque place. Very quiet and relaxing place.

There is a very narrow one lane road along the lake. It is not at all fun to drive a car along that. It makes getting in snd out of the hotel by car stressful.

Love the lake beachfront setup and the food at the restaurant is fantastic.

The property set up is one of finest experience in switzerland, with narrow road driving as an added experience. Most serene property with spacious room and well built kitchenette , most unique is the restaurant where music and people enjoy the evenings to the max... sunsets from here are just eye poppers. Nearby excursions are world famous hotel burgenstock and tallest elevator Hammetschwand and boat to lucerne and back.. One of finest stay ever.

Bathroom is a little bit small but that could not be the case for all rooms.

Location is very nice. Away from the noise of the city. You can take the boat if you want to the city of Luzern and come back very late. Very friendly staff at the hotel
