Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The owners are just great. The provided me with all help I needed (earlier breakfast, advice etc.). The hotel is located in beautiful location just next to the bus station which takes you to Visp. The sauna and pool are great and views amazing. Restaurant serves delicious dishes.

Switzerlandwe booked the confort double room based on photos on booking website. we got very old worn out room. Bed sheets very super faded and looked at least ten years old. room was really old. when we complained to the owner’s wife she was very rude at first and said that this is one of her nicest rooms with very arrogant voice. the bath supplies very half empty which gave again unpleasant experience. i never was mislead by photos advertised in booking for over ten years and this was very unpleasant experience. in hallway was a super loud wending machine which worked all the time making crazy noise. they are plenty of nice places around and I would never recommend this one.
