United KingdomThe pillows were very uncomfortable. The kitchen could have done with some better equipment. The kettle was tiny and corded. No baking trays so nothing to put in the oven. The blinds in the upstairs bedroom were broken.
The apartment was warm and very clean. Lots of space. Decent coffee machine. Good laundry facilities

SingaporeFor a 4 nights stay, there was no housekeeping services at all (not even towel change etc). The hot water is quite limited so you have to remember to reset the water heater to ensure enough supply for a group of just 4 adults and 2 kids. Would appreciate if instant coffee packs, coffee maker etc were provided. A short bus trip is needed to/fro the town center else it can be quite a tedious uphill walk to the town center.
A very mesmerising and picturesque view from the balcony. The accommodation we stayed which is an attic apartment has a nice 2nd level gallery with bed....fun for the kids. Overall a very nice and well equipped apartment. Good accessibility to Murren.

BelgiumThe only problem we faced was while locating the property. Map in Booking.com points to another hotel with the similar name. But the customer service was able to help us over phone call. Make sure you have the number of property owner handy.
Wonderful location, specially that the waterfall is just in front of balcony. View gets fabulous when it gets dark, as there seems to be a flash light shining directly on the waterfall. Appartment was very clean, with comfortable bed and all needs utensils. We surely recommend this and will definitely plan to stay during our next visit.
