Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath which was a lovely surprise. Bar area has lots of comfortable seating and open fires. Breakfast was excellent. Free transfer to and from the station. Good Wi-Fi

One thing is certain, if we return to St. Moritz, we will only choose your hotel. Also, the breakfast was very rich and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. GermanyI had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff is great and super helpful. The hotel itself has a lot of history but is well kept. The rooms have the Alpine style charm but are still modern. There is a restaurant, a bar as well as a spa. Parking is right in front of the door. The hotel is in the very center of St. Moritz. My room had a balcony and a beautiful view over the town, the lake and the mountains behind. This is very personal: But I loved the attention to detail when it comes to decoration and the fresh flowers in the lobby.

Breakfast was included and was very fresh and wholesome. Staff were exceptional. We were given a free upgrade when we checked in. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best dinner we had on our trip! We even purchased a set of the linen tablecloth and linen napkins as a keepsake.

SerbiaI honestly didnt like that room service is in the morning from 1130,we were at breakfast until 10 in the morning,and we ate good because there is a variety of thing to eat and we ate bacon also..we got thirsty around 1010 and I called room service and they told me i have to wait 20 min untill their start..I honestly paid without a doubt for the hotel and they ask me to wait 20 min to drink water..I DRANK IT FROM THE SINK
