There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, but breakfast was enjoyable and included coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel, perfect location and easy access, the restaurant and the staff were both amazing and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was one of the best in Swiss I tried among the 6 times in this area which something I missed I think !!

Could have done with black out curtains. Breakfast was good, maybe some sort of fruit salad and dried fruit to put on cereal would have improved it.

Room was good and big with modern bathroom. Very clean. Croissants were great. if you like Italian food the place has an in house restaurant with great tiramisu.

The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable, but I wish I had found an additional pillow (even though the bed was perfect). The Mountain view from the window was amazing

The breakfast is very very basic. There’s not much to choose from. Bacon and fried eggs, cold cut meats and cheeses, cereal and yoghurts. There’s also a tea/coffee maker and orange juice. The price / value for money is not worth it. We made a decision to spend more than we would usually do, for the convenience of being close to the mountain. As it was expensive we expected a lot more, but we quickly realised we are paying for the location. For the location, there’s not much of a view from the room.

For two people, the room is quite spacious. The bed is big and comfortable and there is a small sofa, desk and chair with ample space to relax. The bathroom is quite large with a large shower area and you can actually fit two people in the bathroom at the same time. The shower pressure and temperature was good and consistent for the duration of our stay. Even though our room was over looking the Main Street through Grindelwald, on a morning and evening it is very quiet so you don’t hear much noise from the street. The location is great. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops and the bus stop is 20 metres away from the hotel front door. (It is a very ideal location if you are planning to go up Jungfraujoch. We took the bus to terminal and it took 15 minutes. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always wanting to help. The on site free parking is very convenient and easy. There’s quite a few parking spaces that are a good size.

The room offered to us was very very small. There was hardly any other space to walk in the room. Peeped into other rooms and they were decent sized. If you get a decent sized room then it's a good place to stay.

Hotel has its own decent size restaurant serving variety of dishes . Bus stop just outside the hotel . Lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Easily accessible from the main road, but parking can be challenging for first-time visitors. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with basic but well-pointed furniture.

The location is excellent if you are going to visit the Grindelwald first, 2mins by walk maximum. The staffs are super nice and they prepared a full bag of breakfast for me as I need to leave at every early hour.

Needs new pillows. Being next to a busy street, it was very loud and difficult to sleep. Could’ve used better room darkening curtains.

We didn’t have internet connection in our room so we went to the bar for connection.

Our room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and perfectly clean. For us the location was ideal since we only were able to stay one night. The First gondola was just behind the hotel.

Intolerable amount of flies in their restaurant and breakfast place.

Room is renovated and it s very modern so it s a positive surprise as the photos shows old decorations. Very centrally located which naturally means there are noises if you open the window - not an issue though if u close it. I was lucky to get a corner room with balcony- nice view from there.
