We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great bed (good firm mattress), nice and clean room. Had to wait because of a problem with cleaning, got a different room to wait in. Really close to the train station (25min to Bern) and shops nearby.

We like the location of the hotel very much, worb is very cozy, with beautiful valley scenery, and relaxing supermarket, coffee shop, very suitable place to live. This hotel actually has a restaurant too, many people eat here, it must be delicious, good value for money.

The Historical building with its warmth and history was a splendid place to stay overnight. The staff were very helpful as I could not find the hotel while walking from the train station. The reception and follow up were beyond my expectations.

KenyaIt is far from the city centre and may not be easy for someone with regular business in the city. Transport by tram or bus may be prohibitive as the hotel doesn't provide free transport tickets for guests compared to other hotels. This could be as a result of the hotel being outside the zones in which free transport is available.
The hotel is located some distance from Berne, in the quiet farm areas of Worb Dorf. Makes it ideal for anyone who wants peace far away from the bustles of the city. The ride along the way give scenic views of the farms, the cattle, chicken, and an amazing rural neighbourhood!

Old World Charm. This is a vintage 1960’s country hotel. The entrance is narrow, there are steep stairs, but it is lovely. The rooms are modern and clean. The management loves Americans. Nice town with a grocery cafe within 2 blocks. It’s funky. The onsite restaurant and bar was busy and looked like they served good food. This is not a curry 4 or 5 star hotel, it was a country Inn just a few miles out of Bern and the price and value was great. Free parking. Loved our stay
