Great stay, location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. They changed the bed cheats after first night. You don’t see this even in 5 star hotel these days. The breakfast was good. It’s a very cozy warm and friendly place. I highly recommend it to any one visiting Interlaken. Specially for groups and family.

My family 4 people stayed in the 2-bed villa with kitchen. Good location, very nice view with snow mountains. No laundry machine in the house, need to pay the staff to get them washed outside.

Amazing experience the place exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the cottage bungalow. 2 bed room. The morning breakfast was good as well. All the staff are very helpful especially Demi who even confirmed the weather so I had an amazing day at Jungfraujoch The place is very close to Interlaken west and you also get free bus tickets in Interlaken for your stay Best staycation I have ever stayed.

Location was handy for Interlacken West station, our room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Room was great value for the price, I had a large corner room with a nice view of the mountains. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was simple but good. Guesthouse has references and some city passes that one could make use of. Good room lighting and warm showers. While room was generally clean, bedsheets could have been cleaner, spotted some hairs. Floor as well.

We have to drag our luggage up the stairs and our room is on the top floor.

About 10 min walk from Interlaken West station. Beautiful place. Breakfast selection is good.

Nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, variety of other things and great coffee. The staff was super friendly. There’s also a collection of teas that you can make in the hallway, along with a fridge. There’s onsite parking and overall the location is great (5 min walking from Interlaken West station)

Great room with amazing views. Lovely staff, sorry I didn't get their name, but really welcoming and helpful. Super breakfast. Great location for exploring. We went up the Niederhorn which was great.

Thank you for having me. Really lovely people here and they make me feel like home. The lady have a good taking care. The room a bit small but it doesn't matter with us cause the main time we are outside for sight-seeing.

The light switches we were a bit weird.

The bungalow had crockery and cutlery and a homely feel. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check out an hour later. Nice bathroom and heated floors in bedroom too. Continental breakfast had a nice range. Walking distance to train station.

Having to carry a 23kg suitcase to the top floor with 3 children. Clearing someone else's breakfast mess on table in order to have ours. Although the hotel was in a lovely setting and close to transport I think that £470 was a bit steep for the facilities for 2 nights stay.

The location and views were beautiful. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage in storage while we went off to town. The Breakfast was sufficient.

Maybe breakfast could have been a bit more earlier. Maybe around 7 so that early birds can still have some before setting off for the day. But overall very good.
