There is not much storage space

The place is authentic, warm, the wood gives a warm feeling. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the lighting is excellent, the staff is amazing, especially Christine, a friendly, pleasant and amazing person.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom even though it appeared clean. Probably moisture related. Unfortunately there is construction going on next door. We had to take care with the window facing the construction.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The alpinglow one evening was stunning. The host was wonderful and made our stay delightful. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety to choose from. Nice kitchen to cook in if desired. We appreciated having clean laundry the second morning. Location was an easy walk to the train or bus stations.

we had taken the entire villa with a separate entrance, it was clean nice and perfect for a couple and 2 kids. there was a fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher and refrigerator. we thoroughly enjoyed it. My five-year-old daughter loved feeding fish and enjoyed the toys kept in the villa. the location was just 5 minutes walking from Interlaken West Railway station. and only a few minutes walk from the main Hoheweg street of Interlaken.

Interlaken is not a cheap place to overnight -- that's our biggest dislike. While we paid a reasonable price relative to other locations in Interlaken, it was generally more expensive than other locations on our Europe trip.

The host was excellent. We had to leave early in the morning, before their usual breakfast time, and she prepared a takeaway breakfast that was really more than we would have expected.

Kettle was right outside our room, which was a little noisy

Of road parking for motorbike. Handy having radiators on for wet clothes, shower was hot and powerful. Room had bed made each day, which we weren't expecting.

Squeaky bed? we didn't really mind it though, we still slept alright.

It was smooth check in, everything was written down what we need to know during our stay. Location was good, near the train/bus and shops. Breakfast included and we can use the kitchen if we need to.

Just Everything !! The place, staff, facilities, everything was very good. The breakfast and a well-equipped kitchen was a big relief 😀 Special mention of Ms Christene who was meticulous about managing the property and guiding us. We stayed here for 5 days and were quite satisfied with the place.

The rooms were a little small for 4 people to be able to actually take essentials out of suitcase and not have anywhere to set them...except on a chair

The staff was exceptional!! I am vegan and have Celiac disease, so my diet is restricted. Nonetheless, the staff had amazing and delicious vegan, gluten free breakfasts for me every morning! The location is wonderful, too, with a lovely view of the mountains. There's a koi pond and a beautiful garden with many flowers.
