Nothing! We stayed on the first level so we only had 5 stairs to carry luggage.

Location was great, short walk to the train station. You’re given a pass at check in to be able to use the train at no cost. That pass also gave us a discount at the Harderbahn. Lots of breakfast choices, just no option for eggs other than boiled, which was good for us. It was nice having parking free and right there. We enjoyed the view from our balcony.

Everything was great! They have thought about everything a guest would need! The location was walking distance to Interlaken West station and a 15 min walk to Interlaken OST. Convenient, clean, friendly. Definitely recommend

Foam mattresses were sweaty with the very warm weather we had, probably not a problem most of the time.

Nice guest house. We could use the kitchen to prepare our dinner. Lovely balcony with excellent view. Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. We had an early departure and they prepared a breakfast to go. Easy for us to walk into town and the train station. We would have stayed longer here.

It was in a beautiful location easy to get from the train station..very clean and value for money . Helena was very helpful and the breakfast was great too . Would highly recommend.

Exceptional views from room 5. Silvia really looked after us. Close to Interlaken West train station and Interlaken. Very quiet area. Access to the kitchen facilities and coffee machine around the clock.

A little further from Interlaken OST station hence I was struggling a little with my luggages. Advice to others: Travel lighter!

Traditional building, in a lovely street very close to Interlaken West train station and the town. Our 2 bedroom room was on the top floor, amazing views of mountains on each side. The breakfast was lovely, and there was a nice breakfast room or garden to sit in.

Sylvia went out of her way to assist us with a couple of requests for which we were very grateful. The accommodation, room five, was spacious with a lovely patio and mountain views. The bathrooms are small, but that is a common feature in European accommodations. Breakfast was always excellent and healthy. The fresh bread was superb. The fresh fruit left over from breakfast was always available during the say to guests, a very generous treat. Tea and coffee ma,img facilities were available 24/7, and each floor had a small communal fridge, but please don't hog it like some guests did. Together into town and many close restaurants was literally a 4 to 5 minute walk. There are plenty of parking spaces available to those with a vehicle. There are stairs but not too many. We really did love our stay here, and we were sad to leave. I am so pleased we visited Interlarken. This entire region is beautiful

One of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed. We stayed in the bungalow. The amenities were superb, location is wonderful, view is spectacular. Garden for kids to play in. Breakfast delicious. Just the most wonderful place!

Air conditioning would of been nice, it got a bit stuffy and hot at night

Lovely place! Great breakfast and location. Staff were excellent. Definitely recommend as a base place to stay while you venture off to the mountains. Very convenient and beautiful!
