Unusual shaped building with lovely individual simple clean cut modern decor. Functional and stylish. Plenty of meats and cheeses for breakfast, great coffee. Easy walking distance from the station and close to the river, shops, bars and restaurants.

Very small elevator was kind of scary but overall great experience.

It was small lobby but the staff was friendly and the room was very spacious. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before we had to leave to the hotel, which gave us time to do some last minute shopping.

Great location, great bathtub in the room nice little chocolate fountain when you walk in. Staff was helpful. Let us keep our luggage there while we walked around old town.

The rooms were a wee bit small but definitely doable. Made it tricky to place two suitcases for easy access. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak.

Great location and very convenient to public transportation! Hotel was very clean, and the rooms are styled very cute. We also loved the delicious chocolate fountain!

Checkin process- when I arrived there were maybe 15 people trying to checkin at reception or so, so I used checkin machine on the street and they charged me extra 7 CHF(!) plus city tax for 2nd person which was missing just because of a double room booked. Kettle in the room didnt work and it was crucial for me because of my ilness at a time, since I checked in late in the evening I only saw it after shower. Tried to call reception, it didnr work and noone replied actually. I also messaged via booking chat, and got reply only next morning after I left the hotel. Also, there was this strange noise coming from the door as if someone is trying to open it whenever anyone would pass the corridor, so it was creepy.

The room was so small we could hardly fit our cases on the floor and could only open them if we put them on the bed. The lack of space made us feel rather claustraphobic. Because of this , and in spite of all the good points, we were glad we were only there one night, which was a shame.

The location, helpful, lpleasant staff, cleanliness and breakfast were all good and great positives for the hotel

It was a small, run down hotel. The staff made some bad mistakes. For example, they gave our room to another couple by mistake so I was in the room and they walked in. Other mistakes as well. They don't seem to have a good tech. system so these errors wouldn't happen.

The location was good but the hotel is on a busy street. Maybe if our room was on the other side, we wouldn't have heard as much noise at night.

Ive paid more for a hotel with an air condition, but there was no air condition. Staff provided a fan that didnt do the job and it was very hot during the evening\night.
