We are arrived after a long journey , aprox 6 30 pm The reception apologized for having a room because of water damage . THEY HAD OVER BOOKED . We were asked to go to another sister hotel at no additional expense . They did not offer to ferry us there but we walked which took half an hour . I was told that they had tried to contact me but there was no recoreds , messages left on my mobile . This was horrible experience , rubbish , treated badly .

So i would recommend putting a little stop in the floor as to avoid this kind of small accident happens to someone else.
- Very warm welcome and upgrade of the room (thank you) - a chocolate fountain ! - nice room with all the amenities needed - great location - good products for breakfast - nice decoration - very cozy and will definitely stay here again 😃

So we need to fight and prove that we correctly did the booking and we ask the hotel to respect our booking with the requested and booked number of rooms (:-(

The temperature was only in the 70's at night but very warm in the room. The room was expensive so we did not appreciate the ability not to change the temperature.
The location was very good, and the staff was great.
