Everything was amazing! Beautiful location and very friendly, happy and helpful staff. A lovely buffet breakfast and the food for dinner was absolutely fantastic. A truly wonderful stay.

United KingdomLast evening in Eiger Hotel, Murren. First time here, skiing holiday with my two grown up children. I was expecting to stay in a nice, clean hotel, good breakfast and all amenities. But the place appeared to be so much more! On our first evening we were met at the station and taken to our room. The kitchen managed to squeeze us in, despite the late hour. We were tired, having arrived late as our flight was delayed. Meeting us and feeding us was a lovely welcome. Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly, good breakfast and dinner, very good wine card. Great location, Murren is a quaint little fairy tale village. The hotel is run by a family' nth generation, which is, sadly, so rare these days! But here owners are working together with the hotel staff every day. It was so heartwarming and wonderful to see that. Thank you!

Front desk will handle all your questions and reservations. Staff will even deliver your skis to the start of the slope so you don't have to carry them. Super helpful and friendly!

Rooms, view, staff, amenities, restaurants - all were amazing! The hotel has been there for years, and they've managed to keep the charm and history, while making updates to keep guest happy (ex - the pool / spa area is beautiful!)
