I got two beds instead of one, but it didn’t really bother me. The walls a bit thin, I was able to hear somebody snoring. The windows were in front of the tram, which was alright, but the snoring was loud (not much to do about it).

It was clean, welcoming, big room, the staff were friendly, close to transport.

The location is more suitable for academic professionals, or people attending events at the EPFL. The metro service is stopped after 20:00-20:30 even during the weekdays. The bathroom had a shower of very good dimensions, but the tails joints of the shower tray were lacking some deeper cleaning. Hair dryer was not part of the bathroom equipment, but it's possible to request it to the reception. Unfortunately, sometimes you realize it when you are already showered. Frigobar is not in the room, but distributors are at the reception, where a coffee machine is also available. In conclusion, for leisure I would choose the hotel only with budget restrictions. A good price value is up to 120-130 CHF, above I would look for other options.

Very fair hotel considering cost. Simple, but all essential was in and the furnitures, tv, safe box as well as curtains were like new. The size of the room was excellent. The bed was comfortable with a good quality matrass and the bed sheets clean. No traces of hair pets, or smell of smoke which I deeply appreciated. Location is in the uni area far from center, but well connected with public transports and metro. It's also a quite hotel. The personnel is very friendly and supportive with guests.

I never got to sleep there. I arrived late and the self check-in system did not work. No one answered my question about the money.

Very difficult to find, taxis had no idea where to drop off and to collect. You should warn guest that you have electric sockets that do not take standard European adapters, I was unable to charge iPhone and laptop and was therefore unable to work.

Good locations right by the metro for easy access to the main city centre, Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were informative & polite.

Shower area was not very clean and the drain was clogged. The weather was very hot during my stay and since there is no AC in the room, I needed to open the windows at night and it was extremely noisy, many people were talking right in front of my window.

The metro station was right in front of the hotel.

Awesome hotel, staff extremely nice. They provide us free ticket to use all the public transport. Metro station right in front of the hotel exit and parking free for car available.

There were two big problems with my stay. 1) There is no air conditioning. This may be typical, but it was very uncomfortable in late June as even with the window open there was absolutely no airflow making it difficult to sleep at night. If no air conditioning can be provided at least a fan should be to ensure comfort. 2) The lack of air-conditioning led to the second issue which is that the room is directly over a bar that is full of very happy and loud students until the early morning. The position of the room made it such that it was as if there were students partying directly outside the window which could not be closed due to the no air conditioning. Due to these two issues, I only got 1-2 hours of sleep each night.

The room was clean and generally acceptable. The staff was courteous.
