The only thing not that great was probably the soundproofing. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect in the Aarburg Hotel. We were so lucky to have found this stay in Interlaken. It was just a 10 mins walk to the paragliding meetup point and around 5-10 mins walk from Interlaken west station. The room for 5 was very spacious for our family during the stay and I loved that it had a separating door for the 2 rooms which provided a little bit of privacy. The breakfast provided with the stay was excellent with make to order scrambled eggs (cafe standard and very good) and teas from loose leaves + cafe coffee! The croissants were my family’s choice every morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay.

No lift, however there are only 2 floors and staff helped with our suitcases. I don't like plugging a hairdrier into a bathroom socket but there was no other socket close to a mirror. Maybe this is how the Swiss do it?

Cosy hotel in lovely and convenient location, good sized room, great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt like home from home. Breakfast consisted of yoghurt and seeds or cereal, scrambled eggs, croissants or bread. There is an all day a la carte breakfast menu - good quality cooking. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast. Incredible scenic location. Easy walk to train station. Away from busy area but walking distance to all. Great room for a family. Cafe downstairs with excellent coffee and cakes.

Beautiful hotel and brunch spot. Our room had a lovely view over the river which was such a treat to wake up to. The staff are all wonderful. There is a little guest lounge where we made tea in the evening. Breakfast was nice, always fresh scrambled eggs and proper coffee with a continental buffet. Thank you!

In my personal the mattress a little bit hard and blanket is not soft and warm.

Location is so good. You can walk to interlaken west is the main station. Near Coop . Breakfast is so nice. I love their yogurt and coffee. Staffs are very helpful and kindness.

Excellent location and fantastic staff. The scrambled eggs included in the breakfast were delicious. The best coffee we had while in Europe and it was included in the breakfast.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was minimalist but perfect for what we needed. the bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious (as well as the coffee!!), and the view was incredible.

Everything about the Aarburg was great. Our room was beautiful, the facilities were great particularly the guest lounge and the location was brilliant. The cafe downstairs was perfect for breakfast (included) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I could not rate this plans high enough!

The rooms were a bit stuffy and it would have been nice to have plates in the common room, but otherwise nothing.

My family really enjoyed our stay between the friendly staff and the morning breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The family common room was a great addition to our stay. We would definitely come back to this hotel!!

The breakfast was very limited and got quite busy with hotel guests and non-hotel/cafe customers. The wifi signal was weak and at times nonexistent in the room.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the train station and city center. There's a scenic walking trail along the river from the hotel to Interlaken Ost. The room was comfortable and decently sized.
