This property is totally misrepresented in the on-line information and pictures. Property is smelly, dirty and reminds you of a sketchy, unsafe third-world operation. The kitchen exhaust from the restaurants on the ground floor billows into the property. The room had a terrible odor and bathroom floor and shower were gross. We were ripped-off, so let the buyers beware! Booking.com and its group of companies should flag this property and remove from its offerings.

The property was in a great location for exploring. It is close to the train station, restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and responded to our requests promptly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and the linens and pillows very nice.

The room was extremely cramped. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We had to leave the widows and the "patio" door open. But it was extremely loud when we left the door open. The pillows were so thin and provided no sort of cushioning. There was 1 singular power outlet in the room. The room and the hotel was nothing like the photos they have on the internet.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location and its proximity to the bus stop and downtown Interlaken. Otherwise, this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

The shower box has no glass screen but use a plastic shower curtain instead that caused water spilled over the floor when taking a shower. Mugs in room are smelly. No facial tissue paper is provided in room.

Satffs are helpful and try to do what we requested. Wifi is good.

The bathroom needed a ton of cleaning, there were mold on the bathroom tiles.

Hotel was centrally located and close to the train station. Bed was comfortable.

Half way through our stay we were woken up at 7 am by loud construction from the room next to ours. We went even able to talk to each other while sitting next to each other. No communication from the hotel about the construction-not even a “sorry” for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect. A 15 minute walk from the train station east and 7 minutes from the west station.

It didn’t look like the pictures at all. Our room was literally in a construction zone. Outside of our room was all construction. There was plastic on the floor and loose wires hanging from the ceiling that you would have to duck around to get to our room, which seems like a safety hazard to me. The staff acted like it was the most normal thing ever. We couldn’t control the heat either. Toilet was dirty. Luggage storage room did not even lock. Did not have a good experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Way too expensive for what it is. I would like my money back.

Really great value for money. All facilities meets our needs as family. Very strategic location. Receptionists are very responsive and understood each of our needs. Even they help us to get a taxi in quite urgent situation in the middle of the night.
