Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWe reached at night and the stairs up to the house were steep and poorly lit. Not a single light. We walked all the way up in pitch dark. Would have helped to have some sign of house number Or even a light. The lady living downstairs was very mean and bad mannered. While we were trying to check in, she came and shouted very badly at us. She needs to learn some manners and some humanity too.
The house was spectacular. The view was lovely and Casey was very helpful and sincere in making our stay comfortable.

United KingdomThere was only one stand up shower to share between the three bedrooms. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and hand shower only. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Zermatt / the station - the last few minutes of this walk are steep and like many properties in Zermatt you must walk up 100+ steps to reach the front door. We did not realise this at the time of booking although the owner told us in the arrival instructions. It was challenging with luggage although we were offered a porter service at extra cost. This apartment would be inaccessible for some guests.
This apartment is spacious with amazing views of the Matterhorn! It is nicely decorated in a contemporary style and it is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, for example there is a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher which made it very easy to enjoy meals in the apartment. There is a lovely balcony around the apartment on both levels where we enjoyed sitting and looking at the view of the town & mountains. Excellent WIFI. We really enjoyed our stay!

United StatesThe property had steep stairs up to the apartment building. If you are traveling with small children who is on a stroller or someone who needs assistance climbing the stairs, this is not a place to be. But if you are in a good shape, the stairs are a good way to get some exercise.
The property was very nice. It was modern, clean, and had amazing views of Matterhorn. The apartment was nicely decorated and it had everything that you need in a family home. When we went inside we were amazed how nice it was. It was close enough to walk to ski bus and chair lifts. If you don’t want to carry your skis and boots you can rent a locker by the char lifts daily. It is also close to the center where there are grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and cafes. I was so happy with the property. Definitely it’s the place to stay while vacationing in Zermatt.

RussiaSTAIRS! MORE THAN 150 steps! You need to take … with your luggage, kids and after every ski day as well! Photos below NO LIFT! It is not written in description. If you have little kids never stay here! If you have a lot to carry, arrange a helicopter. If you are not too young never stop here. The stairs are not safe, and there is no light, you can switch it on only when you got up! THE HOST! When we faced a problem with a front door, no one answered a phone, only wrote a sms that they don’t believe it could happen. Thanks to your neighbor he opened it. When my wife felt from the stairs and we asked for a help with a lift, no one answered.
