I don't think there were any USB's in the room, could be wrong. It would be a good addition to the facilities of the room to have these installed for convenience when travelling around as we didn't realise the style of adapters we had wouldn't work in Switzerland (we had the European style ones). Our fault for not checking this first.

Hosts were more than helpful and the location / restaurant etc. was great. Good choice of menu and would return again! We booked last minute and couldn't fault the owners. Great family run atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Owner went out of his way to help us. We really enjoyed the local lake for morning swim. Thank you for everything!

Perfect location - steps from the gondola station Rooms were convenient and very clean. Bathroom was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty with excellent ingredients. Dinner was a real delight.

The Dutch owners were delightful and friendly. The hotel has been modernized and had a cool vibe in the common areas. The breakfast was pretty standard. No complaints there.

Breakfast was good enough too, however it would be nice to see some more veg/fruits and less queues to the buffet/coffee.

Value for money is correct as for Switzerland. It's a very cosy place allowing to head out for numerous attractions in the area. You can clearly see that the owners/management/staff put their heart into running this hotel and take care of the details, atmosphere, friendly and relaxed vibe of the place.

Excellent selection at the breakfast bar, great assortment of kids games in a really comfortable lounge area, easiest access ever to the cable car! We'll definitely book here again.

Nothing everything was great

The breakfast was great the food was great everything was ready the seats the area was so good I recommend this to anyone that wants to have a good time. There restaurant is also extraordinary. The hotel is a family run business the workers were great they are all hard workers they speak English very well and always are nice to everyone.

It has a very good view. It is on top of the mountain.Very cozy and cleaned. We had our stay for 4 days and 3 nights and it turns out very well. They had a free breakfast which is good and very accommodating staff and owner.They are very nice and friendly.

The restaurant and lounge were beautiful and the views were amazing. We arrived as the kitchen was closing but the chef still prepared us a meal.

we arrived around half past eight in the evening, we wanted to eat, but we did not get dinner at the hotel, because they served dinner only for certain group of people, and there was no possibility to eat at the nearest restaurants either. although the rooms are clean, they require renovation, especially the windows and doors. the toilet seat is broken. the hotel is definitely not worth its price.
