The restaurant was closed and only a single menu was proposed for the clients. A little bit limiting but the personnel did everything to satisfy the hotel clients.

Everything was fine. The room was alittle bit small but with all facilities. Anyway, with the beautiful panorama nobody really wants to remain in the room. Super clean. Friendly and helpful personnel. Rich breakfast with quality products.

Would love to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom , but we did have apples and sparkling water . The bedrooms were not particularly spacious but perfectly adequate and the bed very comfortable. Maybe a shower cap, but soap etc provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance was lovely and the location suited us as we had a car. Enjoyed the little biscuits served with coffee and appreciated the home made jams etc.

Very small room. No bar or place to just have a drink inside (weather was not good enough to be outside).

Not very quiet which was very disappointing. Loud noises, chats, music from above rooms and below at the restaurant very early in the morning and late at night. Bring earplugs.

A wonderful Swiss hotel with plenty of space for parking. Staff accommodating and helpful. Lovely views from the restaurant. Easy access to Zurich airport.

This is my second stay at the Wassberg, 3 (or maybe 4?) nights in 2022 and 4 nights as a couple in 2023, and I’ve sampled 3 different rooms. The rooms are small, cramped and noisy. I did not enjoy either stay and booked solely out of convenience.

The Wassberg is 5 minutes away from where we live and we have been frequent lunch, dinner and afternoon tea visitors for nearly 20 years. We like the establishment and will continue to visit in the future. Unfortunately the accommodation is a different story …

Breakfast was very poor. No varieties. I booked online for 4 days for 320 dollars only to get there and was told it was 150 francs a night which is 600$. They wrote online that distance from the hotel to where I was going to was 5mins max but it was about 12mins so I was paying Uber 60francs everyday going and coming back. it was so frustrating. When I complained to the staff, he said that was online price. I believe they reduce their price online to get customers then when u get to the facility they tell u the real price. Too bad
