It’s literally my first time to live in a hostel. I saw this one had sigle room which is perfect! I have to say I am super surprised how excellent it is this living experience! Room is lovely and clean! Toilet and shower room are so clean as well. Staff is super friendly!! 10/10 of everything and of course the location is just about 8-10 minutes walk to SBB depending on which platforms.

There were some personal items left behind in the room from the previous guest but it's not a massive problem.

The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, there are lots of pleasant communal spaces and a nice vibe to the whole place. Simple access, a good bakery just down the road too.

Nice hostel, met expectations and needs. Check-in and out was easy (possible online so you can arrive any time) with key code instead of a physical card/key. Location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the main station and also accessible from airport by bus (bus stop is at the end of the street). Despite being so central, the street it's on is actually quite picturesque and quiet! Be aware that, although toilets are gender segregated, the shower rooms are not. However, everything was decently clean when I used the facilities. Didn't use any of the other facilities like breakfast/common room, due to short stay so couldn't comment on them.

Cedric on reception was very professional and polite. Clean, quite and comfort. 5 minute walks from central station. Big locker, bed was already made. Everything was good.

It was noisy after 23:00, people talk loud, you can hear everything.

If you need Train station or bus to the airport than it is only 5-7 min walk. But old town is located 30-40 min walk. Big space for just seat and rest :)

Clean, easy access, clear instructions. It is surprisingly comfortable sleeping in a box 😊. It is a brilliant idea, with code access through every door. I felt safe and free to move around.

The staff doesnt tell you when you want to leave your luggage that the lockers downstairs needs a lock/or need to rent one at the reception. So thanks to her I had to go up and down twice for no reason...this can sure improve?!

Clean. Easy access to/from Basel main station. I used it because of the early flight and it was perfect. Will use it again when I have to stay overnight in Basel.

Could update the toilets

Cedric at reception did a very excellent job! I had someone snoring soo bad in my room that i had to ask to change the bed. Cedric (allthough already on his way out) helped me with a very kind and friendly attitude! There need to be more people like him in the hotel industry. Otherwise everything was fine.

Visiting Basel for the weekend and spending a night in this hostel was great idea. It was a clean, quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower, free strong wifi, pleasure and helpful stuff. The location also was great, not far from the main train or tram station. I recommend this place to anyone.
