Very clean probably the cleanest shower I’ve seen in a hotel it was spotless! we stayed for one night at the end of our trip to Zurich but it was a little bit further away from Old Town but not to far that it was an issue, about 15 minutes walk. Very good value for money. Only negative is I found the bed quite uncomfortable it was hard with a very soft pillow which gave me a backache; just personal opinion. free tea and coffee in the reception as not in the rooms. Also has fresh water which is a benefit as I nearly paid for bottled as the rooms don’t provide water/ tea and coffee.

There was cold coming from the window next to our bed, although heating was on. Also our room was situated on the 1st floor, at the front and we could hear the trafic all night. We had requested for a quiet room. Pillows were very soft, almost flat.

Good location very close to the central train station and the old town. Clean rooms, nice cafe on the groundfloor, free coffee or tea at the reception.

The coldness of the room, the internet had a small range (not reaching the gym or the elevator zone). Other than that it was great.

Very comfortable, but the room was too cold. The internet worked fine everywhere but in the gym . I would recommend the please if you want to be in the center of the city. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of offer.

The service we received after several unfortunate events such as assigned a room that was not cleaned. Staff responded promptly. Then the central desk received an alert of someone smoking in our room. So we could not get in. We checked in at 4 and alert was sent in early morning hours. Again staff were apologetic. We could smell the smoke and the window was left opened. Staff were very apologetic and professional and gave us a complimentary breakfast which was fare for what had happened.

The cleaning staff was knocking on our door every 2 minutes as if to say get out we are in a schedule. Room colour choices could have been better, yellow is a bit much to take.
