Saudi ArabiaBreakfast area could have been cleaner. Luggage valet service took way too long - I think the bell boy tried to serve another customer at the same time. Nice location but Plateau is way too quiet specially after hours and on weekends.
Breakfast was limited but good. There is a nice little cafe in the inner courtyard that serves good food - however they don't deliver to rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One called a Yonga (local Uber) for me with her phone. They also helped provide change and money conversion. The free chocolate / fruit station in the lobby is a nice touch.

GhanaNo pool in Abidjan? Fitness center very poor unlike, for instance, movenpick accra where the gym is fully stocked. However, the greatest disappointment was the breakfast: so poor choices for a high level hotel brand like movenpick. I am diabetic, nothing!!! I went at 9:30 am, one hour before closing and everything was empty and cold. Bread quality is terrible.
Staff is great, extremely helpful, nice and polite. I had a crazy incident in which I forgot my passport at the security box and had to ran to collect it while almost missing my flight and the staff was extremely nice and ready-to-help.

United StatesNothing major I just like my room very cold but I could not get it to a very low temperature. They offered to bring a technician but I was always on the go; and it worked out just fine.
The staff was exceptional; everyone from the front desk, the security bag check, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, the chocolate tasting, room service; every single person involved in each of these services was very friendly and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every single request I had. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back.
