Thankyou Sue for sharing your cottage with us. We had a family of 5 Adults. Sue was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable .Will certainly look at staying at this accommodation when next in Rarotonga if its available. Close to town centre and airport .

A little noise from the restaurant but not too bad.

It’s location, the view of the sea, and proximity to Tamarind Restaurant. Also very spacious with lots of covered deck space.

Just the driveway bit, it was really awkward pulling in especially with the washing like right in the front there

Very spacious, beds were really comfortable apart from the one with the wheels that kept rolling about but still comfy as. Had all the features a home could need. Nice that there was a bar/restaurant right next door. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing in the early mornings, the sun shining in the back yard too. Definitely recommend this little cottage.

Great location, got to watch whales from the deck. Handy location and great restaurant next door. Had everything you needed and hosts were very approachable if there were any issues.

Some of the biting/stinging mossies/ants - however all dealt with and no problem after that.

Closeness to water, and if we had any queries or questions Sue was there to help.

We weren't prepared for Rarotongan mosquitos! They are silent unlike NZ mosquitos. Make sure to have repellent with you! Not our hosts nor the property's fault!!

The location was fantastic. The property is comfortable and well stocked. The view from the Beachfront Cottage was phenomenal. The hosts provided helpful guidance about staying in Rarotonga before we arrived, and were accommodating to our needs. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only real seating area was outside on the patio. As it rained a lot of the time I was there this was a problem.

Nothing really I did not like.

Beautiful view, friendly host, close to many facilities, well furnished, spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, very private, easy living, quiet, very close to the sea. Tamarind cottage is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. It is very central to town and the airport (although it is nice to have a car) and next door to a beautiful Restaurant with excellent food. The cottage is spacious, well furnished with 2 large decks, the front one looking over a private tropical garden and the view of the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas/oven cooker and microwave and all the cutlery and crockery and more. In the bathroom plenty of towels, soap and even shampoo. They gave us a change of linen and lots of clean towels also for the beach. There is a barbeque and a washing line. It was 3 of us , for 11 days and having 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms was what we were looking for. Having a washing machine was a plus. The beds are vey comfy, the master bedroom has a king size bed ;you can see and ear the sea from the bedroom. The landlady is very helpful and made sure we had all we needed and answer all our questions. She is friendly and there if you need her. The communication we had before going there was also very good. I would definitely recommend Tamarind Cottage and will love to return!

louvers could do with a good clean.back verandah could do with an up grade. food scrap bucket in the kitchen was rusty, need replacing. no where to hang tea towel.

good access to beach, bathroom facilities adequate.close to town.transport available.

Wasn’t clean when we arrived, had issues with washing machine, lots of geckos, ants, and mice coming in and out.

The location, the bed was comfortable, nice outside area/deck. She was very helpful and responsive, and did a good job trying to resolve the issues.

Extremely noisy place, right next to circlar road. Moscitos were a plague.
